The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't clean upon check-in, but the front desk attendant came quickly to address it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

This month at work has been incredibly exhausting, so I wanted to find a place to really unwind for a couple of days. The first place that came to mind was the Swissotel at Huamei Holy Land. And sure enough, it's truly a place where I can relax. Compared to my first visit five years ago, the facilities are much more comprehensive now, with more activities and a wider selection of delicious food. What hasn't changed, though, is the tranquility of autumn in the northeast, and the beautiful scenery within the resort grounds. Also, Pig Tail Bay under the bridge seems even more beautiful than before. The staff are so discreet you barely notice them, yet everything is taken care of so well that you almost don't need them to be actively present. At least for me, I appreciate such thoughtful yet unobtrusive service. If I ever need a complete break and some self-reflection again, I'll definitely choose Huamei Holy Land.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I especially want to commend Tina at the front desk for her service. The staff were all warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, with no long waits at all. They were patient and meticulous when answering questions, and proactively provided important hotel information. When a small issue arose, they responded quickly, offering thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I had a great stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, it's highly recommended.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!

This was our first family trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, and we chose to stay at Wanda Jin Hua. Throughout our stay, Tu Tu from the executive lounge provided excellent and thoughtful service. She added us on WeChat early on to inform us about our benefits and scenic spot reservation details, which made our entire check-in process incredibly smooth. On the day of arrival, we even received complimentary pastries and fruit. The room was spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain views (՞ਊ՞)👍. The benefits were great fun, but since our child was too young, he couldn't enjoy many of them. We'll definitely bring him back when he's a bit older.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to department stores, the West Market, Baiyu BBQ skewers, and Zhenhai Bay. You can also take the BRT to the famous 'Influencer Wall' nearby. Dining out and ordering takeout are both very convenient. Upon arrival, we were offered welcome coffee because our room wasn't ready yet. The entire hotel has a very tasteful style, with a 'morning coffee, evening alcohol' bar on the first floor. The room was new and very clean, and despite facing the road, it was quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, offering us travel tips. If I, or my family, visit Yanji again, I would definitely choose James Joyce Coffetel.

The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Lauren for her consistent attentiveness and warmth. **Facilities**: The facilities were brand new and odorless. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! Even before checking in, I called to discuss room arrangements, and Diana was incredibly patient and meticulous throughout the entire process, helping me coordinate everything smoothly and easily. From check-in, through my stay, to final check-out, the whole process was well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with a great ambiance. The guest room was spotlessly clean and the hygiene details were impeccable, making for a very pleasant stay. Diana was professional, thoughtful, and responsive, handling everything reliably. You could tell she genuinely cared about the guests. It's thanks to such excellent staff that the entire stay felt so secure and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will prioritize it for my next visit. I also hope the hotel acknowledges Diana for her outstanding service!

The most satisfying hotel in Changchun. **Facilities:** The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are well-maintained. However, my room door had a gap, causing a whistling sound when the window was open, but my friend's room door was fine. There's a bathtub and a separate shower. You can ask the front desk for kids' toiletries. **Hygiene:** Very clean, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. **Environment:** Elegant. The swimming pool is a bit small and often crowded with swimming learners every day. Breakfast was quite rich, with Northeastern specialty dishes daily. **Service:** Detailed and enthusiastic, meeting hotel standards. **Changying Studio Museum ticket 10% discount:** You need to get the voucher from the front desk. **Location:** Absolutely fantastic! 👍 To the left is You Shan, directly opposite is Changying Studio, to the right-front is a stop for bus 54, and across the street to the left-front is Wanda Plaza.
