This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

The hotel upgraded the room to bigger one. The hotel located near the pagoda, amazing view at night. Feeling peace, relax and comfort on my stay. The only downside because we stayed during winter time, the air conditional only blow warm air, so at some point there was a bit humid during the evening, but toward the night, temperatures drop and its get cold. Breakfast was really really great !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

Teren hotelu jest rozległy i urokliwy. Budynek 3 został zmodernizowany, a wszystkie udogodnienia są nowe i nowoczesne. Znajduje się on około 200 metrów od budynku głównego, ale dostępne są elektryczne autobusy, więc nie stanowi to problemu. To zależy od preferencji. Chciałbym szczególnie pochwalić śniadanie, które było bardzo obfite. Dodaliśmy bilet dla dziecka za 30 juanów od osoby, co było doskonałą inwestycją. Jedzenie w Zhiyulou jest również doskonałe, ale zestaw dań jest trochę za duży dla dwóch osób, co było stratą czasu. Polecam zamówić jeden lub dwa dodatki, ulepszyć menu lub dać im darmowe, domowe słodkie wino ryżowe. Ich słodkie wino ryżowe jest naprawdę pyszne, tak bardzo różniące się od tego, które piliśmy gdzie indziej.

It's a great hotel. Keeps up to the Shangrila high standard. It's slightly away from the busiest part of the city but close enough to walk on a fine day. It's right next to the huge K11 shopping mall. Unfortunately it's very empty with low traffic so it's not a nice place to shop or hang out. That's a disappointment. Hope things will get better.

Great design. No diner restaurant in the hotel, but next to it, you have the most marvellous restaurant you can imagine: so many fresh sea food you can select from. Free Cloth washing machines and dryer are a big plus!

The hotel design is very good, the souvenir is also full of sincerity, and there is also a space for China's National Geographic three-dimensional magazine. You can follow Yangyang teacher to see the plants in the alpine area, the creatures of the tropical rainforest, and feel the life shock brought by the Xinjiang flower sea. Whether it is knowledge science or photo punching in, it is very good. It is very suitable for taking children to experience the magic of nature. You can find Xiao Zhu in the cultural and creative area to participate in punching activities. The overall hotel staff are also very active in providing services and recommending recommendations.

酒店到國際商貿城三區衹有100米，房間裏很乾凈，沒有異味，前台服務很好，見到都有打招呼，酒店配有免費的洗衣房，還有健身房環境很好，房間設施很齊全，關鍵是酒店包含三餐[強][強]，真的很不錯，下次還會繼續支持的，體驗感很好

I had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at Sheraton Taizhou on my recent business trip: from the moment Winni and Cici greeted me with warm smiles and addressed me by name at check-in, to the serene, elegantly appointed room with plush bedding and thoughtful amenities, every detail impressed. The hotel’s world-class facilities—including a fully equipped fitness centre, sparkling pool and indulgent spa—kept me energised, while the breakfast buffet, with its beautifully presented local and international dishes and attentive service, was a real highlight. Combined with the genuine care shown by the entire team, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t wait to return.
