Die Lage war richtig gut, Personal auch sehr freundlich. Die Reinigung in unserem Zimmer war sehr sporadisch und der Müll in unserem Zimmer türmte sich auf. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Las instalaciones son muy anticuadas, falta remodelar baños y habitaciones Los muebles de las habitaciones están en regulares condiciines La recepcion está en muy mal estado, tiene muebles rotos Seria bueno que el desayuno fuera mas variado, todos los dias sirven lo mismo. Los tendidos de cama y las almohadas están en mal estado Falta una cafeteria o minitienda o una maquina de bebidas y snaks Hace falta una zona de fumadores

Dobry hotel jak na Kolumbie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dostaliśmy nawet lepszy pokój z widokiem na morze. Piękna plaża naprzeciw hotelu. Wokół wiele restauracji, barów i sklepów, niestety również dyskotek. To największy koszmar tego miejsca, bo kolumbijczycy choć są bardzo mili, to balują do białego rana. Jeśli szukasz atrakcji miejskich ten hotel jest idealny. Jeśli preferujesz spokój poszukaj innego hotelu. Jedyny minus hotelu, to brak wody pitnej i serwisu kawowego w pokoju.

Когда-то отель был совсем супер, но сейчас не помешал бы ремонт. В остальном очень хорошо. В номерах очень чисто, кондиционер работает, уборка каждый день. Пляж рядом, собственный пляжный ресторан с ценами как и везде. В отеле есть 3 бассейна, бар на крыше. Есть, конечно, и более крутые решения по современным меркам, но соотношение цена/качество вполне себе нормальное. Для пляжного отдыха подходит. Публика в основном взрослая, потому вечеринок, громкой музыки до утра и т.п. нет. Для меня это плюс

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, gut erreichbar und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Zimmer sehr sauber gewesen, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Oben die Terrasse sehr schön dekoriert und Wasser im Pool auch sehr schön um dort sich auszuruhen und sich zu sonnen, Supermärkte in der Nähe sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Menschen dort. Das Hotel wird auch von vielen ausländischen Touristen besucht, Verhältnis Preis & Leistung sehr gut-/! Das Frühstück könnte mehr zur Auswahl haben, aber für den Preis ist ok, leckere Jugos dabei-! Vielen Dank

JJosh HarwellThe Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops. The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty. The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

GGuest UserIt’s right inside the part with incredible view. Staff is helpful and informative. They provide shampoo towels and you can purchase water etc. As they are eco hubs there is no AC and of course you get some critters at night thought to inform people as I had no clue in advance and was caught off guard. Also on the higher rooms WiFi doesn’t work. But if you are prepared for it and going for a vacation and nature retreat and escape it’s perfect. Nice breakfast!

I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.
