Całkowite pobyt był bardzo miły.
Widzieliśmy kilka znanych twarzy od zeszłego roku, bardzo uśmiechniętych i przystojnych recepcjonistek, myślę, że to Fotini.
Restauracja jest bardzo miła, personelu uwaga, świetna robota wykonana z renowacji. Gimnazja jest również dobra, tak samo jak basen.

Уютно чисто, все нужное есть. Важные нюансы при заселении: найти как включить холодильник и включить выключатель водонагревателя. Но мне попалась чудесная соседка, которая все подсказала. Но ресепшен всегда на связи, молодцы! Все супер! Приедем еще, комплекс удобный.

Wszystko było super poza jednym bardzo nieprzyjemnym incydentem. Pewnego wieczoru moja żona i 2-latek spali w pokoju, a mój przyjaciel i ja piliśmy późnego drinka w holu. Około północy zadzwoniła do mnie żona i powiedziała, że do pokoju weszło dwóch mężczyzn, zapalili wszystkie światła, krzycząc i obudzili dziecko, które było bardzo zdenerwowane, podobnie jak moja żona. Klucze do naszego pokoju już nie działały. Poszedłem do recepcji dość wyraźnie wstrząśnięty incydentem, ponieważ wszystko może się zdarzyć, jeśli obcy mężczyźni wpuszczą cię do pokoju w środku nocy – szybko przeprosino i powiedziano, że to pomyłka, że oddali nasz pokój komuś innemu . W przypadku hotelu pięciogwiazdkowego nie spodziewałbym się tak poważnego błędu i spodziewałbym się czegoś więcej w ramach przeprosin, aby zrekompensować incydent.

Good stay overall. Very friendly European chap welcomed me, gave me my key and wifi. Explained everything clearly. Very nice pool area tbh punching above its weight.
Room is VERY basic though. Take if you are looking for a relatively budget option or not planning to use the room much.

DDenise KSTMe and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted.
Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby.
The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed.
They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip.
It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids.
Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better.
The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel.
Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it.
Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers.
I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel.
Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

GGuest UserI had high expectations from this hotel and honestly I was a bit disappointed. We only had breakfast package, but food was not varied at all, every morning same things, very little fruit selection. I have stayed on a 4 star hotel prior to this and the food was much better and lots of fruits. Entertainment very poor, even mini disco for kids a big dissappoiment, the music selection very tasteless for kids (club music). Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony. The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach.

Here are the things I loved:
* The room was clean.
* The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere.
* I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants.
* The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe.
* The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere.
A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

AAlenaWe would like to come again. Cozy family hotel, good for calm weekends, but not for young companies.
Pluses: the room was ready before the check in and they noticed one of us have a Birthday so they gave fruits and bottle of wine as a compliment, wifi as well. The room was nice and clean. We had amazing view.
Enough differences kind of food at the restaurant, even breakfast so many options to eat. Generally every meal was great, at the dinner they have a seafood as well.
Indian personal sometimes don’t understand if they mention rude jokes and then expect good conversation with them. But after some jokes I lost any motivation to speak with them generally.
Unfortunately there is no toilet in pool area and you have to use one near reception, this is uncomfortable and you have to wait till you get dry.
The drinks 50/50, beer is good, wine we didn’t like.Also there is no bottles of water, so you always have to ask a glass of water at the bar.
Pool is super big this is really cool because everyone have enough space for games and chill.

AAnči K.I give high recommendation to Milea hotel! The location is just perfect, down the street is beautiful long and wide Pantachou beach, bus stops and supermarkets are also within 100m, rooms are clean, simple and modern, with just everything you need. Beds are comfortable, balconies (specially with inland view) are also super chill, calm and not noisy during night, eventhough it's in the center of Ayia Napa. Breakfast is amazing, with varieties of food, drinks, coffees, fruits... Stuff was always trying to be as helpful as they could, and dear receptionist Antonia on the day of our arrival managed to change our original room to the higher floor, despite the hotel was fully booked. Also, hotel's lobby is so well air-conditioned with modern and cool ambient where you can always chill and rest for a while. One very pleasant experience.

There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.
Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

GGuest UserWhere our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! I personally didn’t like the sun beds being on the grass, get messy feet and sun beds. Because of people going in and out of the pool, you start getting muddy patches. The sun shades are not movable and the sun beds are quite packed in so not much room to move your sun bed into the shade. Food was great. Bar staff very friendly. Lifts are far too small for such a big hotel so you are waiting ages for a lift. We ended up on the beach most days, nice clean beach. Cheap to get sun beds for the day.

TThorsten QuakernackCaddem Inn Hotel in Famagusta is an excellent base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. A particularly nice touch is the breakfast buffet, which offers a good variety and starts the day well. The car park is also very convenient, which makes staying here stress-free if you are travelling by car. One thing to be aware of is the early morning call to prayer from the large mosque opposite, which can be heard at around 5am. However, this is of course outside the hotel’s control and not a reflection on the property itself. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, would happily return, and can confidently recommend the hotel
