Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, miła obsługa. Przyzwoite śniadanie. Blisko lotniska. Basen to raczej basen do zanurzania się, a nie pływania. Jest bardzo mały. Plaża nie nadaje się do pływania. Okropne, ile plastiku i śmieci jest na plaży. Zbieraliśmy tony śmieci podczas każdego spaceru. Wokół jest mnóstwo koszy na śmieci – przybitych do palm, więc to czyste lenistwo. To oczywiście nie wina hotelu, ale okolica byłaby o wiele bardziej atrakcyjna, gdyby ludzie starali się wyrzucać śmieci.

Perfect place for an overnight layover in Nadi. The only downside was limited access to wifi but overal al pleasant stay.

Ośrodek jest bardzo dogodnie położony, blisko wszystkiego. Na terenie ośrodka znajduje się sklep nurkowy, idealny dla nurków. Personel ośrodka jest niezwykle gościnny i oferuje doskonałą obsługę. Codziennie oferujemy wiele bezpłatnych atrakcji, w tym spacer po ogniu, ceremonię kava i karmienie ryb. Wycieczki można zarezerwować w punkcie rezerwacji wycieczek w recepcji. Gorąco polecamy to miejsce osobom poszukującym nurkowania i innych aktywności na świeżym powietrzu.

각 room은 깨끗함 전용 풀장도 있음 단, 자체식당의 셰프가 형편없음.(인도계 젊은 친군데,,솜씨가 영 아님.) 주인장은 불친절하나 직원들은 친철. 가능한 2층 room을 사용할 것.(더 깨끗하고,,) 공항~호텔 Taxi비는 10피지달러 택시대절하면 시간당 30피지달러(택시로 1.5시간 걸리는 해변휴양시설 ＜Yatule＞ resort & spa는 그런대로~~. (단, 25년4월 현재 진입로가 공사 중)-차량통행은 가능)

Hotel był czysty, a basen tuż przed naszym pokojem fantastyczny. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było obfite, z lokalnymi potrawami i klasykami, takimi jak jajecznica i kiełbaski. Przybyliśmy do Nadi o 4:30 czasu lokalnego i pojechaliśmy autobusem do hotelu, docierając tam około 8:00 lub 9:00. Chociaż zameldowanie było zaplanowane na 14:00, personel recepcji poinformował nas, że możemy się już zameldować, więc mogliśmy wejść do hotelu, mimo że była wczesna pora. Obsługa była doskonała. Udogodnienia takie jak szczoteczki do zębów i kremy nawilżające nie były zapewnione. Hotel znajduje się w Lautoce, z dala od atrakcji turystycznych, ale nie miał innych negatywnych aspektów. Widok z hotelu i wszystko inne było fantastyczne.

This is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years. Negatives - had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this - had a leak above our shower in both tooms - fridge was broken in both rooms - lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained. - lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either - aircon in rooms is very loud - internet access drops out constantly - we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads - food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart Positives - most of the staff is really friendly - adults only pool is calm and quiet - good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel - staff is mostly helpful when you need things We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.

Spędziłem tu dwie noce w pokoju wieloosobowym, domku nr 1. Miałem górne łóżko i nie było poręczy, więc obawiałem się, że wypadnę. Poza tym w pokoju nie było żadnych korków - tylko jeden na zewnątrz w łazience. Najwyraźniej inne domki wieloosobowe mają jednak korki i poręcze. Jedzenie jest tylko o określonych porach, ale ceny są dość rozsądne! Jednego wieczoru na kolację jadłem zupę grochową (5/5!), a następnego dnia wegetariańskie curry (3/5), a na lunch wegetariańskiego burgera (4,5/5). Bezpłatne śniadanie było dość podstawowe, ale wystarczająco dobre! Dostępne było mleko sojowe i migdałowe. W pobliżu znajduje się uroczy sklep/kawiarnia etyczna, która jest bardzo przyjemna, ale poza tym nie sądzę, żeby w odległości spaceru było wiele innych sklepów. Ośrodek oferuje codzienne zajęcia, w których można wziąć udział, co jest bonusem!! Basen również był bardzo ładny, a plaża jest świetna do nurkowania z rurką! Moją ulubioną częścią domku na plaży był prysznic w łazience przy akademiku/domku. To był zewnętrzny obszar, ale odosobniony, a ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem było niesamowite!! I przyjemnie ciepła woda. Jednak sama toaleta śmierdziała dość mocno i nie odważyłem się do niej podejść.

The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was great however I did see the white sheets were not as clean at all. I advised the staff to clean my room when I came back to the room I could see that they only made the bed but the same dirty sheets were used they did not even change the sheets so that was very disappointing. What also was disappointing, I ordered a Veg Pasta on one of my nights for dinner and within 5 mins I called upon the staff to advise that the Veg Pasta was not great at all however no apology or acknowledgement was made. They didn't even offer to make another dish for me or compensate another dish for me instead they charged me the whole amount which I paid for. So that was disappointing. The rest of the stay was great no issues

Great location as base on the Coral Coast. Express bus from Nadi airport will drop you off literally out front. Front desk staff and manager were outstanding. Super friendly and accommodating to any request. Nice pool with cabana in enclosed courtyard. Nice Fijian Indian fusion restaurant in the same building. Also pizza place that we did not try. Walking distance to many restaurants along the beach.
