Очень дружелюбный персонал , ухоженная территория. Стоит своих денег. Спасибо собственнику, что обучает персонал гостеприимству. Это оставляет отличное впечатление о стране.
Overall we enjoyed our 2-day stay at the Radisson Grenada. The front desk and staff was very friendly. They stored our luggage before check-in no problem, so we could go explore until our room was ready. The room was lovely on the 2nd level over looking the garden, one of the pools and the even had an ocean view. The bathroom is a bit dated and could use a major renovation. When we first came into our room the fridge was empty, but turned on and had leaked water all over the floor. (A big chunk of ice had been melting in the back of the fridge). Not a problem, we used the bathroom floor mat to dry it. The tv worked for watching cable channels, but the Google Chromecast set-up did not work (and this isn't user error, I've used this many times in other hotels just fine). a/c worked just fine and the balcony was a lovely feature with beautiful view.
The main big pool and grounds with the waterfalls are beautiful and we much enjoyed a bit of time there. The pool bar was okay, the service there was quite slow and inattentive.
We had one dinner meal during our stay there, which was okay, but we have to say the breakfast was terrible. Most items were inedible and the selection was very strange. They tried to put out a mix of continental and Caribbean breakfast, but most of the dishes were inedible. It is a buffet style breakfast, however, you can not go up and grab your own food, there are about 4 members of staff that have to plate your food from the buffet onto your plate. It's a bit awkward and gets jammed up as soon as there are more people having breakfast. The chef needs to go over the books what ”French Toast” is. Yes, French Toast is made with day-old, dryer bread, but that bread needs to be soaked through in a milk and egg mix. Well, the chef just took really dry bread, coated it with a bit of egg wash and cooked it on either side. So while there was egg batter on the outside of the toast, the toast itself was completely dry and inedible. We tried all the meals from the breakfast buffet during our stay and the only item that was relatively well done, was the salt fish. The plantains were dripping in grease, the sausages tasted off, the scrambled eggs were hideous and the pancakes tasted like cardboard. The selection of cold things was also strange. There was only one choice of cereal, so you're out of look if you are allergic or have a dislike to one of the ingredients. The selection of cold meat and cheese was meager (and again you cannot take it yourself from the buffet), the fruits weren't ripe and they only offered one choice of yoghurt, which ”peach” during our stay. Usually in a hotel there is at least plain yoghurt and a neutral cereal with oats available. It's just disappointing and not acceptable for the price you pay for a room and the hotel class they claim themselves to be.
We would stay in this hotel again, due to its location, the clean rooms and nicely decorated rooms, the beautiful grounds and overall friendly staff. Luckily there are many restaurants around the area even within a just 10 minute walking distance. And there is a small independent restaurant just on the side of the hotel property called ”Beachside Bistro Grenada”, which offers a decent dining experience.
Booked this hotel having stayed there before. This time we were upgraded to the Kalinago Hotel next door at no extra charge. Both are located on a small idyllic beach with beach-side bars serving drinks and food. Reception staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Absolutely pure Caribbean atmosphere.
My experience was just what I intended it to be, quiet, relaxing and peaceful. The facilities did not stray from nature. My only regret was that there was not a beachfront to facilitate bathing. The food was always tasty though after Christmas and Boxing days I would have preferred some creole food (I am Trini) like a fish broth or cowheel soup or provision (green fig, potatoes, cassava, yam etc) and salt fish or stew or steam fish, or coocoo and fish.
We enjoyed the stay at Royalton. The service was great, the staff mostly warm and friendly and very helpful.
There were days however when our mini bar was not stocked and getting some services was difficult.
Nonetheless, it was a good experience and I would stay again.

AAnonymous UserA very warm and comfortable hotel. It can be seen that every corner has been carefully designed, and many small things are waiting for guests to discover. The restaurants in Linhai are also good, the staff Shawnte is very good, I like the food she recommends very much😘
JJamesThis hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Checking in requires walking uphill, which is very strenuous. Old people should be careful when choosing this hotel. There are food, drinks and supermarkets within a ten-minute walk, which is quite convenient.
There are many mosquitoes outside the room, and the air conditioner motor has a small problem, which makes a lot of noise all night. The most incredible thing is that there is a small transparent window in the bathroom shower, and tall people outside can see the situation inside at a glance, and the whole building is like this, so ladies should be careful when choosing this hotel.
The price is cheap, but the facilities are a major flaw.
GGuest UserWe loved returning to Spice Island. Everything was spot on and made celebrating my sister's wedding anniversary a memorable experience. The staff, the food and atmosphere was brilliant. Thank you.
GGuest UserGreat hotel find. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Clean.
Good food at the restaurant. Lovely view of the marina
Nice pool (but only open till 6)
SSharon_hzLocation: The location of the hotel is far from the main traffic, at the end of the cactus, next to the famous Silver Beach Villa. Every time you go out, you have to go far to take the bus, and when you come back, the bus has to collect more money. The silver beach villa next to it is a unit price of 89,000 RMB a night. There is no suitable dining place next to the hotel, and there is a beach behind the hotel, but the road to the beach is difficult to find, and the muddy is difficult to walk;
Service: The front desk is very polite. It should be checked in at 3 pm. It will arrive in the morning. Miss sister went to see it. The room has been sorted out, so I checked in on the spot. This is a big advantage. But there are not many people staying in the overall hotel.
Facilities: No gym; no kitchen; breakfast can be booked at the hotel, but when we proposed to have breakfast the next morning, we said that the chef was not there. After waiting for more than two hours, I finally came and made it temporarily. Ordered a regular breakfast, the amount is not large, about 70ECD.
Rooms: The room is spacious and divided into two front and back rooms, the front bedroom desk, the back bathroom bath and closet. But there is no hanger in the closet. The swimming pool is in front of the door.
