Niedaleko Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, ok. 30 minut od Plaza de España. Personel jest bardzo miły i przyjazny. Wszystko jest jasne, dziękuję personelowi sprzątającemu. Jest ładna kuchnia (ale jest zamknięta od 23:59 do 20:00) i recepcja (8:00-22:00-23:00). Można dokupić śniadanie (8:00-10:00 ~4 €). Na piętrze jest ładny taras. Brak darmowych ręczników. Łazienka obok pokoju dla kobiet nie działa. Korzystanie z prysznica było niewygodne. Brak prywatnej przestrzeni i miejsca na rzeczy osobiste. Trzeba ciągle naciskać przycisk. To absolutnie okropne. Stroiste schody.

a modern hotel which last renovated less than 3 years. Nice style of room decorations but already obvious wear and tears in the room. travelling as couple and also giving early notice in making the room booking like everywhere we travelled, front desk wasn’t able to offer a double bed and was sent down to room upgrade option straight away for this type of request at check-in. the wife wasn’t happy at all. location is in walking distance to centro area and near bus stops.

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß aber für einzeln Person hat s komplett gereicht. Sauber, bei der Rezeption gab es Wasser Kocher und Tee Sorten. Leider war ich vom Frühstück enttäuscht. Das Hotel hatte kein eigenes Restaurant, hat mir Gutscheine von einem Restaurant in der Hotel gegeben. War leider extrem wenig. Halbes getoastetes Brot, Kaffee und noch eine Beilage dazu. Aber außer Frühstück nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr zentral.

Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

This hotel was a perfect place to rest. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-prepared. The price was also very competitive.

Poprosiłem o wyjaśnienia w recepcji i powiedziano mi, że hotel pierwotnie był HOSTALEM, niedawno przeszedł modernizację i modernizację i oczekuje na podniesienie jego oceny z 1 do 3 gwiazdek. We had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

No puedo describir con palabras los maravillosos días que hemos pasado mi familia y yo en este hotel. La atención por parte de todo el equipo ha sido inmejorable. La comida con muchísimas opciones, calidad y muy buena. Y tengo que destacar la atención por parte de recepción y mantenimiento hemos tenido que llamar por un par de cosillas sin importancia y la rapidez y formas han sido increíble. Un 10 en atención.

Muy bien. Repetiremos seguro. Nada negativo ni que objetar. Desayuno muy completo. Zumo de naranja recién exprimido.
