Można było cieszyć się spektakularnym widokiem na morze, jeśli przydzielono pokój z widokiem na morze. Łatwy dostęp i można było znaleźć wszystko, czego potrzeba w pobliżu. Śniadania były proste, ale świetne. Muszę podziękować za dostawcę śniadań, ponieważ musiałem złapać lot wcześnie rano, a śniadanie dotarło punktualnie, dzięki. Wyposażenie pokoju było bardzo nowe i czyste.
Excellent hotel. We booked a large room for our group of 8, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. We really appreciated the guest-oriented service – it was super convenient to be able to rent beautiful dresses right there at the hotel. We loved absolutely everything: the floating breakfast (so elegant and delicious), the mountain views, and the safari trip, which we'll remember for a long time. The photos turned out amazing. Thank you!
Amazing location right in fron of the sea. The outdoor pool makes it even better . The hotel was very clean we quite enjoyed our stay. However I’d recommend the receptionists to smile more.

Хороший выбор блюд на завтраке, овощи, творог, мацони, сметана, каждый день новая еда. Прожила в отеле неделю, еда не повторялась. Фрукты хорошего качества.
Отель новенький, чистый, свежий ремонт.
Тренажеры новые, хорошие. Две дорожки, эллипс, два велотренажёра + оборудование для силовых. В тренажёрном зале большие окна, приятно заниматься с видом на улицу, а не в стену, как это бывает в некоторых отелях.
В номере Кондиционер тихо работает, обычно я не могу спать с включенным кондиционером - мешает звук, а тут даже не замечала его. Хороший матрас, прекрасное белье.
Размер номера небольшой, но для одной было отлично. Есть балкон. Номер далеко от лифта, как просила, окна выходят в тихий переулок, никакого шума от дороги.
Отличный приветливый персонал! Очень доброжелательные, что тоже не так часто в сетевых отелях в Батуми. Старались во всём помочь, не игнорировали просьбы, в общем, очень милыми показались.
Отличная локация, рядом парк, море (идти 4 минуты), хорошие недорогие рестораны, достопримечательности. Это центр, всё рядом но не шумно - замечательное расположение.
Ещё что понравилось: зона в лобби оборудована розетками и usb портами, можно прийти и работать, если у вас удаленная работа, как у меня.

Потрясающий отель в самом сердце Батуми, напротив площади Европы, в историческом здании с астрономическими часами. Отель сети IHG открылся в конце декабря 2025 года. С первых минут ощущаются забота, внимание персонала и безупречный стиль.
Мы проживали с 3 по 7 января в стандартном номере с кроватью king size на 3 этаже, с видом на историческую часть города, площадь и Batumi Tower. Просторный номер с высокими потолками, центральным кондиционированием, очень тёплый и комфортный зимой. В номере: пушистые халаты, мягкие тапочки, гладильная доска и утюг, капсульная кофемашина, чайный набор, стильные бокалы, Smart TV с YouTube, мини-бар (за доплату). Вода пополнялась ежедневно. Уборка — отличная, большое спасибо сотрудникам housekeeping, косметика качественная, при заселении есть гигиенические наборы ( зубные щетки и прочие принадлежности).
SPA во время нашего пребывания ещё не работал, но был открыт фитнес-зал. Отдельно отмечу кровать и постельное бельё — спали великолепно.
Завтраки сначала были в формате шведского стола (горячие блюда, выпечка, сыры, качественный кофе и чай), позже — по меню: яйца Бенедикт, тосты с лососем или беконом, сырники, панкейки. Сервис на завтраках — на очень высоком уровне.
Особо хочется отметить сотрудников ресепшен: все очень доброжелательные, говорят на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, что было очень удобно. Отдельная благодарность ассистенту менеджера Автандилу за внимательное отношение и помощь, такого гостеприимства я еще не видела. Спасибо Нане за поздний выезд.
Мы остались полностью довольны отелем и сервисом, обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать друзьям.❤️
Ten hotel jest nowy i ma dobrą lokalizację, ale pokoje są małe. Największym problemem jest przytłaczający zapach panujący w wystroju. Korytarze i pokoje są wypełnione spalinami, które są nie do zniesienia. Obawiam się, że zachoruję, jeśli zostanę tam zbyt długo. Chociaż obsługa jest doskonała, myślę, że bezpieczniej będzie poczekać rok z przeprowadzką.
Good place overall. However, I have some issues with the description on Trip.com versus reality. Firstly, daily cleaning was advertised but wasn't provided at Mzuiri. Secondly, there was no luggage storage available either. To whom should I complain? Trip.com, please verify your information and don't mislead consumers. Despite these issues, the apartment itself left us with wonderful impressions. Thank you.

Codzienne sprzątanie. ciche i przestronne. Lepiej zatrzymać się tutaj niż w hotelach pierwszej linii, nie ma takiego ruchu pod oknami, a jednocześnie do morza można dojść z dziećmi w 10 minut. lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra)
Hotel dysponuje bezpłatnym basenem, sauną i siłownią. wszystko jest w dobrym stanie, nie jest zużyte. rozrywka dla dzieci (maszyny VR, kącik dla dzieci itp.), ale za pieniądze. Restauracja zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki za smak i cenę.
Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

SSaumyaleo31We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise.
Here were the key concerns:
1. Language & Service Gaps
For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
2. Inedible Food on Day 1
On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property.
3. Repeated WiFi Failures
Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication.
4. Shower Head Burst - No QC?
The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional.
5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard
The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated.
6. Room Service Delays
Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property.
For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.
BBuerderenLocated in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.
SsmithHotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Here I would like to thank Trip.com , the overseas hotel department customer service staff of Trip.com have called the hotel many times during the handling of the matter and given us a lot of help.
GGuest UserExcellent location. We were vacationing with friends, and it just so happened that we had almost the entire floor to ourselves. Everything is within walking distance; all attractions are nearby. It was a bit noisy outside the window in the evenings, but that wasn't due to the hotel itself. The hotel itself is new; that's clear to see.
EELENAWe really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine.
The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient.
Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee.

The hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. The only downside is the location. Still, it is far from the sea, perhaps because of this on the days of my visit there was a feeling that the hotel was filled at most by 5-10%

There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.)
In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

AAnonymous UserLe Méridien Batumi, Batumi's most luxurious hotel, charges nearly 2,000 yuan per night, but the actual experience was deeply disappointing.
First, the room's soundproofing was extremely poor. On our check-in night, from around midnight until after 2 a.m., the noise from the square below and the disco music were clearly audible in the room, severely disrupting our rest.
Second, the service promises were unfulfilled. After negotiating with the hotel through the platform, they promised to upgrade us to two rooms on the other side of the building the next day. However, upon returning to the hotel the following afternoon, we were told that only one upgraded room was available, and the hotel offered no apology.
Furthermore, housekeeping was extremely perfunctory. After the room was cleaned, not only were new floor towels and slippers not provided, but the balcony ashtray still contained trash from the previous night. After repeated requests, the slippers were finally delivered, but they were of extremely poor quality, falling apart immediately after use, and completely different from the authentic slippers with the hotel logo provided on our first night. Such poor hardware and service levels hardly justify its ”luxury” positioning and exorbitant room rates. We can't help but wonder: On what basis did Ctrip use to rate such an unworthy hotel as ”No. 1 on the Batumi Luxury List”?
