Service staff are superb, every single one of them are friendly and helpful. Really glad that we have chosen this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Thanks for the wonderful experience.”

„Overall, a good stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was straightforward. However, it's noticeable that the apartments and hallways are showing their age and could use a refresh. Nevertheless, the price was right and we were satisfied overall.”

„Fun playful hotel with video game-themed decor and a console gaming station in the lobby. A little on the old side, room was quite small but for the price one cannot complain. Not a fan of the bathroom design where there is no proper shower curtain so it's impossible to avoid wetting the rest of bathroom when taking a shower. Breakfast was included and quite good especially the scrambled eggs with ham.”

„Gościnność w tym hotelu jest praktycznie nieistniejąca, zwłaszcza jak na hotel Novotel. Zaczyna się od braku portiera. Zobaczysz to kilka razy w komentarzach innych osób. Dostają jedną butelkę wody w pokoju. Nie spodziewaj się jednak, że wymienią ją w trakcie pobytu. To byłoby dużo. Obsługa pokoju? Nie jestem pewien, czy sprzątali pokoje podczas naszego pobytu. Pościelili łóżka. To mniej więcej wszystko. Kiedy zapytałem, gdzie mogę znaleźć wodę, zostałem niegrzecznie poinstruowany, abym kupił butelkę w restauracji. To dla mnie niespotykane. Woda filtrowana powinna być zawsze bezpłatnie dostarczana. Śniadanie było również dość przeciętne. Ogromna kolejka po kawę, brak parzonej kawy, która byłaby szybsza do podania. Personelu nie ma. Za tę cenę śniadanie z pewnością nie jest warte swojej ceny. Nie jest to wspaniałe doświadczenie. Nie wrócę.”

„The location is good but the hotel itself is located above the club which makes it quite a noisy and not so comfortable place to stay. The room lacked a lot of facilities such as shampoo and bathing stuff as well as the hair dryer, towels were not enough etc. In all it was decent. Nice view from our hotel room too”

„Badiliq hotel overall was very enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated lobby and friendly staff who thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. If anything was missing, we could always request it at reception (such as bathrobes, slippers, toiletries). We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) in a junior suite, which was conveniently divided into two sections. The room had a fridge, espresso machine, and kettle. Housekeeping was done daily. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. Even though we stayed during the peak winter season, there was always enough space in the dining area, and the food was promptly replenished by the restaurant staff. We arrived before the official check-in time, and although no room was yet available, the receptionist kindly offered us to wait in the lounge where light snacks, juices, tea, and freshly ground coffee were provided. We could also store our luggage in the luggage room and explore the nearby attractions — the hotel is very well located with many sights within walking distance. The only downside during our stay was a temporary hot water outage for a few hours, but we were informed about it in advance. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with any requests, always accommodating. They even allowed us a late check-out, which, as we learned, is quite rare in Budapest.”

„Świetny pobyt w Budapeszcie – Gorąco polecam! Miałem wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu w Budapeszcie. Śniadanie było fantastyczne, z szerokim wyborem dań, co czyniło je doskonałym sposobem na rozpoczęcie dnia. Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty i zadbany, tworząc bardzo komfortową i relaksującą atmosferę. Lokalizacja była idealna – do Placu Bohaterów można było dojść spacerem w mniej niż 10 minut, co ułatwiało zwiedzanie miasta. Najbardziej wyróżniał się jednak personel – wszyscy byli przyjaźni i gościnni, co sprawiło, że mój pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt był przyjemny i komfortowy i gorąco polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto odwiedza Budapeszt!”
