I stayed at this onsen hostel and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the area. The staff spoke English, which made communication smooth, and the place had a nice mix of Japanese and Western atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. That said, I was hoping for a more traditional, authentic onsen experience. Still, it’s a great option for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility.

上州武尊に登りに来た際に利用しました とても明るく 清潔感もよく オーナーも親切な素敵なアットホームな宿です。 シャワーもしっかり湯量が出ます キッチンも清潔で 次回は使ってみたいです 音が気になる方は、耳栓は必要です。 ドアの開閉や廊下を歩く音は響きます。 また　友人を誘い　1階のバーも 利用したいです

旅館位於伊香保溫泉石階最高點，房間能看到山下風景。雖然老舊，但仍然保養得唔錯，職員服務態度好，大堂有免付費咖啡，茶等飲品。因為沒有聽清職員介紹，去錯露天溫泉，真可惜。

一泊二食的酒店，在草津來講是非常大型的酒店，前台有會説中文的台胞，早晚餐是自助餐，食物選擇非常多，訂的是帶私湯的房間，房間不大，一家三口人住有點擠。門口就有7-11和一個超市，走去湯畑很近，酒店也有班車接送，不過最早的班次是15:00。酒店的行政酒廊有小糕點，15:00-17:30期間可以去吃吃東西喝喝飲料，也有專屬的泡湯區，有免費的起泡酒喝，訂有私湯的房間會贈送酒廊和專屬泡湯區使用權限，否則要收費。

The owners were very genuine and kind. Although they could not speak English, they really made sure we had everything we needed. Very traditional Japanese ryokan experience. The place is a little old but super clean and cute. Beautiful mountainview from the room. Would really recommend! Arigato gozaimasu.

Możesz przeżyć wspaniałe doświadczenie. Pokój jest nie tylko modny, ale i zupełnie nowoczesny. Czysto, kompletnie. Łóżko jest wygodne, mogę przejść. Mieszkam na trzecim piętrze, ale schody są świetne. Celem jest praca Liangawa, która zmienia jej twarz w zależności od czasu pisania. Niestety, czekam na restaurację, bo nie wiedziałem, że to system rezerwacji. Kiedy powiedziałem kierownikowi, że ma ograniczenia żywności, wszyscy dzielili się i myśleli, że jestem pod wrażeniem. To jest nie tylko piękny, ale i piękny hotel, więc możesz się cieszyć.

群馬の人はとても丁寧な接客で人と人のつながりをいい意味で体感できた。とても温かいスタッフと共に清掃の行き届いた施設はとても過ごし良かったです。 利根川に隣接したホテルでとても川の音にも癒されました。 ビュッフェのクウォリティーも高く温泉も朝と夜で入れ替わり文句なしの宿でした！

這間是傳統日式旅館，總共有3棟建築，很大。 包早餐，在前台額外買了晚餐，晚餐是人均$200以下的日式自助餐。 房間設計正常，衞生環境良好。我訂的這個房些衹有馬桶，洗澡需到温泉風呂，泡温泉很舒服。前台服務態度好。 四萬位於鄉下地方，去完榛名山後來住的。旅館前可以停車。
