Udogodnienia: Do dyspozycji gości jest centrum fitness, basen i pralnia. Higiena: Pokój jest bardzo czysty i schludny. Otoczenie: Sklep spożywczy i hotelowa ulica handlowa na parterze znajdują się bardzo blisko, a balkon znajduje się tuż za placem, co nieco ogranicza prywatność.

Beautiful and new. Comfortable bed and clean room Location is close to airport, convenient to travel around for sightseeing. Carpark may be limited during peak periods.

Najbardziej komfortowy hotel, w jakim zatrzymałem się podczas mojej ostatniej nocy na wyspie Jeju. Ogólna cena jest nieco wysoka, ale widziałem, że cena rachunku za pokój w hotelu jest podobna do tej w Chinach. Hol jest bardzo duży, recepcjonistka rzadko mówi po angielsku, angielski konsjerża jest w porządku, jest też młodszy brat, który mówi po chińsku. Pomogli nam wziąć taksówkę na lotnisko. Polecana plaża Jiajae była naszym ulubionym kąpieliskiem. Na szczęście zapytaliśmy wcześniej i dostaliśmy pyszny chleb. Dojazd taksówką na lotnisko zajmuje 40 minut, a do pobliskich atrakcji około 20 minut.

Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?

Convenient & Friendly Stay in Jeju Among the 4 hotels I booked for this trip, this one had the most guest-friendly check-in/out policy — check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM, unlike many hotels in Busan that require check-in after 4 PM (even 8 PM!) and check-out before 10 AM. The staff was friendly, though she only spoke Chinese — but no problem, she was sweet and used a translation app to communicate. The room was small and didn’t have a closet or hanger, but it was clean, new, and comfortable. Perfect if you just need a safe and convenient place to sleep. Great location, only 20 minutes to the airport, with many bus routes nearby for exploring Jeju’s top sights.

We stayed at Landing Shinhwa World Hotel for three nights with complimentary Shinhwa World theme Park big3 tickets. My daughter had so much fun there. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good if you plan to visit the theme park.

Nie prawdziwy 5-star na pewno. Pracownicy bardzo niegrzeczni i arogancki, udogodnienia nic specjalnego, Śniadanie nadwyżka ceny - nie wpuszczą cię po 9:30, przypomną Ci dwa razy, aby się pospieszyć i wykopą cię o 10:00, siłownia i sauna też... dobre miejsce, jeśli chcesz zawiesić miasto i być Blisko lotniska w przeciwnym razie daleko od wszystkiego... Nie wcześnie się zameldować- chyba, że chcesz zapłacić 25€, aby dostać się do pokoju o 13:00!!!! Z pewnością nigdy nie wrócę ponownie... zbyt wiele czekać w kolejce na wszystko, a małe przyjemność... marnotrawstwo pieniędzy! Jedyną osobą, która uśmiechnęła się i była uprzejma, było czyszczenie najmniej na 15 piętnaście. Jest taka słodka dusza. W większości chińskich gości, że rabią się na duże pokoje i przyzwoitą żywność... 🤯🙄😤🤬

Overall a pleasant stay with clean and nice room, location wise near shopping street. Staff are professional and theres free parking Downside: try not to get room facing main road. During winter aircon turned off hence got to open window If weather below 10 deg outside, its good otherwise might find room abit stuffy

First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

Cozy hotel in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.  The aircon is shut down during winter so the window will need to be opened for air circulation. There’s construction ongoing next to hotel, it does get noisy from 7am if the windows are opened.
