Room is spacious, have all amenities and toiletries (just missing the slippers). It have heater instead of air conditioner as there is mostly cold here. Centralized control system is a plus. Washroom is comparatively much smaller and just the basic size. Cons: The main thing was the management which was poor and mostly looked after only locals as we came to know by our driver. At check in the room key didn't worked 3 time and they have to call some technical guy to resolve the issue which was actually the issue in room door, still they gave us the same room. When we go to food court for breakfast in morning, it was only 4 set items only which also they decide they want to give or not. For every request it was a no even when we are willing to pay extra for the same. For the meal we had we asked extra sambhar they deny they can't give. We asked for sandwich or any breads which was also unavailable. But after sometime, they give sandwich to some other persons. When we confronted them, they told it is in different meal, we asked to give only sandwich they outright denied, when we said give meal they say come after 11. After complaining and telling at the reception his response was mostly defending and at last only told you can discuss with senior manager. It was our time to leave the city as per our itinerary so we left the place as it is.

The room looked clean and big, but it smelled very bad, and the air conditioner was very powerful! The buffet at our own expense was really great, and the price was not expensive. The food was better than in China!

Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.

The hotel, service are nice. All the staffs are kind and we are moved. The building is old but clean and British-like, and we feel calm during my stay. We would like to come back again soon, and will recommend my friends to stay here.

had pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The team was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to visit. They recommended we attend the Tooth Relic Procession and suggested us to visit a waterfall, which turned out to be the most breathtaking waterfall I've ever seen. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. When our cab dropped us off in the mid , the hotel staff immediately came to pick us up in tuk-tuk. The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.
