Came over on the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal , friendly staff who spoke English and a lovely clean room with a great view of the port area , breakfast was ok not amazing but it was free and did the job , the hotel looks like it’s had a renovation as it’s so clean and new , would definitely recommend if your visiting klaipeda 🇱🇹

The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

Good but simple budget hotel. Ok for basic night but don't wait anything amazing

Spędziliśmy dwie noce w rodzinnym mieszkaniu. Dla grupy z pięciu naszych dwóch sypialni i salonu były idealne. Koszt parkingu wynosi 5 euro za noc. Ładny apartament, aneks kuchenny, niewyposażony balkon, basen z saunami - wszystko małe i trochę chłodne. Jest 12-meter basen z jacuzzi, który jest przyjazny dla dzieci. Było mnóstwo opcji na śniadanie, ale niedobra jakość kawy. Jednak koszt mówi sam za siebie. Lokalizacja jest doskonałait jest w centrum Palangi, jednak jest również cicho.

For the price 370 euro per night deluxe suite, I would expect 5-star service and amenities, yet that is not what you will get. And it is a bit strange for a small hotel like this. First positives: Nice good size rooms, which looks less tacky than on photos. Good breakfast. New and nice hotel. Negative: There are no sunblinds in the second room which makes it hot and brings light early. There is no AC. How is it possible to have 5-stars without AC? For this price? Refrigerator did not work. I reported to reception - 0 impact. The spa is a joke. It is just a sauna and jacuzzi. Moreover, the staff did not even bother to fill it with water. They do not care. If you want, you can fill. In a 5-star hotel! There is nowhere to leave luggage on checkout. Even 0-star hotels have that. In general, there is nobody who can help you with baggage at all. Is it arrival or departure - looks like they do not care. It did enjoy my short stay, yet was disappointed with service.

Bardzo przytulny hotel. Położony blisko centrum miasta. Parking miejski tuż przed hotelem. Dobre śniadanie w rozsądnej cenie.
