„The swimming pool and function room are so happening. Music nonstop until 10pm. Luckily all noise stops around 10pm to have peaceful sleep. Breakfast was tasty but full of black particle inside the food. The car entrance to the hotel was not user friendly, need to came out of the car to request PIC to lift the gate. Have to pay deposit in cash - not accept credit card. The air cond water dripped on the bed! No lift, need to walk upstairs with your heavy luggage.”

„Excellent hotel location, slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, with a tricycle constantly running. The grounds are magnificent, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private beach that is regularly cleaned and maintained. Free SUP boards are available! The breakfasts are decent and quite varied. Upon request (for an additional fee), the hotel arranged our room for our anniversary. Overall, only positive impressions. Everything was superb!”

„The hotel's location is really great for us. The receptionists were friendly when we checked in and checked out. The guards were helpful as well. The hotel was well-decorated for the season. There's no elevator, so if you get a family room, it's most likely on the 4th floor, which is fine... but if you have big/heavy luggage, this might be an issue. The room was okay, but we were disappointed upon opening... there was a funny smell inside the room, but we didn't bother to complain about it as we were all tired from a long trip. A/C was not cold enough as well. Aside from that, everything else was good. Thank you, Almont City Hotel.”

„The resort is spacious and we needed to ride a golf cart to get to the room. We could always walk but the pathway to the rooms are not ideal for luggages. The room we booked was great and had a smart TV (but you need your own credentials to log-in). It was also spacious and cozy. The pool is not that big but was good enough. The kiddie pool is nice since it’s not that deep and the water slide is a nice touch. The kids playground was also something that kids would enjoy. Wifi is also strong in all areas. The only hiccup in our stay was the breakfast buffet. They ran out of most food even though it was still ~8AM and refill took a bit longer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again soon.”

Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.”

„I stayed at this hotel with my sister for three nights and everything went very well. The hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet, and pleasant beach. It's also very well situated, close to the restaurants, bars, and lively areas of Siargao. The room is comfortable, although the bathroom is a bit small. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always available. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The main area for improvement is housekeeping, which could be done with a bit more attention to detail. Apart from that, the stay was excellent.”

„- Prides itself in being a party hostel, but is also suitable for those just looking for a nice place to stay - they have a restaurant with a good variety of food at good prices - facilties are good - comfortable beds, lockers, warm showers - wifi is not bad, good place for those working from abroad. - has events that you can sign up for - island party hopping, etc.”

„I had a good time at Casavia Siargao. The location is ideal if you want to surf at Cloud9: you can walk there in 5 minutes, and it's much quieter than General Luna but still close enough if you want to spend the night eating/partying there. The private room was pretty nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some love, but still it was ok. The staff is nice and always willing to help, and the hostel has several social nights organised via a Whatsapp group. While I didn't take part in those events, it's a convenient way to meet other travellers. My only remark was about the noise: my room was facing the upstairs social area and, despite the signs specifying the quiet time (22pm onwards) and also a 500PHP fine for people not respecting it, every night I had people making phone calls, playing the guitar or shouting loudly after midnight (or later) in front of my room and there was nobody around to remind to keep the voice down. That was annoying.”
