Hotel bardzo mi się podobał. Chociaż jest bardzo duży i zatłoczony, to mi się podobało – nikt nie był nachalny w obsłudze. Teren jest duży, zadbany i pełen pięknej zieleni. Plaża jest oddalona o około 100 metrów, ale to przyjemny spacer zacienioną ścieżką. Plaża jest ładna. Jedzenie jest doskonałe – różnorodne, świeże, z owocami i lodami. Basen jest mały i niezbyt ładny, ot, zwykły prostokąt, idealny dla tych, którzy lubią wylegiwać się przy basenie. Ale przyjazd na Dżerbę i wylegiwanie się przy basenie to głupota.

Hôtel très accueillant est chaleureux des chambre propre belle est agréable que ça soit en famille en couple ou même seule ! Le personnels est au petit soin pour toute demande ou réclamation à n’importe quel heures! Conseil pour trouver des lieux appel de taxi et même de médecin en cas de nécessité ( vécu personne m’a soeur y est tomber là-bas il nous ont apporter une aide énorme appel du médecin des ambulance et demande toujours des nouvelles ) Les serveurs sont dés amour ! Prix un peu cher ( a boire ) Piscine propre plage pareil nettoyage des chambre rien à dire il sont direct respectueux Au top rien a dire merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !

DDariaI liked the hotel very much! I had a wonderful time! I was very impressed by the work of the management and the hotel respiratory! Mr. General Director Riadh and managing Mr. Sofian are always on the spot, with them you can talk and they do everything for your comfort and excellent rest. I apply photos with them on the last day at the hotel 🥰 Resepshn very professional, beautiful woman, unfortunately I don't know her name, always kind, the night shift manager helped me with an extra blanket, The staff member who helps with the baggage is very nice in communication. One word, directory and resepshne Cesar Thalasso does everything possible for guests, not in words, but in 👍 The rooms consist of quiet bungalow, excellent sound isolation, rooms after renovation, clean and new, decorated in an antique style, according to the name of the hotel, in them it is very pleasant to be! The Cesar Thalasso and Sunconnect hotel bar team are equally friendly 💖 The Cesar restaurant is great! A wonderful Tunisian chef is a cook who cooks hot dishes with you, a real genius! 😍He always has everything delicious and aesthetic served! There is the division of Italian cuisine. Señora chef is great! Take her pasta and hot dishes! Restaurant staff, from manager to waiters, are very kind! Good animation teams. Italian team at Cesar and Tunisian guys and girls at Sunconnect. Also there are photos with them. Very friendly to all guests, always interact with them. Very pleasant impressions! Excellently danced with a young man from the Sunconnect team , unfortunately didn 't remember his name but he is on the photo) he is very friendly. I liked the choreographer Nebyl from the Tunisian animation team. His attitude to the cause, enthusiastic to know all new and talent to dance! Wish you luck! 🤗 In the hotel excellent atmosphere, excellent service and hospitality! From the hotel I don't want to leave! I'm glad I spent time with all of you and hope to meet again!

GGuest UserIntroduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

However, the on-site restaurant was very convenient, allowing us to dine without needing to go outside. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

GGuest UserOverall satisfactory for price quality ratio However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring
