It was very cold so it as great to stay at the casino. Our request to be on a high floor was granted and I enjoyed our view. Overall everything was very good. The machines could have let me win a little more!

Great hotel in the heart of Downtown Charlotte. Diamond was my receptionist and her hospitality and professionalism was A1. Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThw Abington Green experience was exceptional. Dean, our host, welcomed us warmly & gave us a pleasant overview of Abington Green and all of the things handy to know about the TVs, Fireplace, soaker tub & shower, etc. The property inside and out is imaculately clean and well maintained. The Decor throughout the Inn is very well done, our room seemed especially so. There is a wecoming friendly informality by the host and housekeeping staff; sincere morning and evening greetings and inquiries about our days activiyies and sightseeing ventures. Sherry our hostess prepared breakfasts that were creative delicious and ample., Saturday evening guests are treated to a ”happy hour” on the spacious veranda with local wines provided by the host. We have stayed at B & Bs throuhout the country and a few abroad. This is the best ever.

GGuest UserMy daughter stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving Durham after graduating. The hotel was quite large, with a resort-like feel, and the rooms were spacious. However, there were very few staff members; only one person handled check-in at the lobby, and they gave me the wrong room key, forcing me to walk across the entire hotel to get it back. No one helped with the luggage cart, and I couldn't even offer a tip.

GGuest UserThis was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, the service and staff were incredible very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful we will be back to experience the rest of the amenities that the hotel has to offer,we had a full schedule to achieve and had limited time to get the full experience .

RRaraRylandLovely staff, comfortable room. Heated indoor pool with view of mountains! Ice machine which was ideal as I rolled my ankle on a hike. And laundry machines!
The area was very nice, recommend tube city.
The breakfast was good as well!
I enjoyed so much I stayed an extra night!

GGuest UserThe hotel is at a great location,room was clean, staff was very friendly, only down fall is the parking they only give you 1 parking pass so if you have 2 vehicles you have to pay to park in a different parking lot a little pricey

VVivien _._The hotel is near the exhibition venue, you can walk, like the service and friendly attitude of the counter, the bed is very comfortable to sleep. The room has no smell. I like to come back to the exhibition next time. I will choose the same room.

The overall experience is very satisfactory. The hardware, service and hygiene are impeccable. I will still choose this hotel next time I travel here.

GGuest UserThe service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!
