Trip.com sitesi üzerinden eşim ve 16 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte 3 kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptırdım. Bir çift kişilik ve bir de tek kişilik yatak beklerken bize verdikleri odaya çıkınca 2 tek yataklı olduğunu görerek şok olduk. Odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik. Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler.
Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti.
1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Yatak beşik gibi sallanıyordu, sabitlemek için getirdikleri yatağı kanepeye dayadım ve diğer yanına da koltuk koydum. Ama maalesef çözüm olmadı. Zorla artık lanet olsun diyerek uyumaya çalıştığımızda gecenin 03 ü olmuştu. Sabah bitkin çok rahatsız ve dinlenmemiş olarak kalkıp hızla çıktık otelden. En az 50 ülke görmüş ve 500 den fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak 3. sınıf otellerde dahi karşılaşmadığım böylesine berbat bir durumu Wyndham markasında görmek bende büyük şaşkınlık yarattı.
Gece oda servisinden yiyecek bir şeyler istedim, basit bir talep için dahi yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik.
Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil.
Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum.
Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum.
Trip.com sitesinden ise bu rezil ve çileli gece için ödediğimiz bedelin iadesini bekliyorum.
Nie miałem dobrych wrażeń, ponieważ sygnał Wi-Fi był słaby, a podłoga w pokoju i korytarz na zewnątrz były brudne. Jednak po rozmowie z Mustafą, kierownikiem hotelu, wszystko zostało naprawione w ciągu godziny, co zostało bardzo docenione.
Reszta mojego pobytu była idealna, pokój był naprawdę wygodny, praktyczny i cichy, a spałem naprawdę dobrze na łóżku. Dostępne jedzenie było niedrogie i przeznaczone dla wegetarian, a na zewnątrz zawsze czekała taksówka.
Lokalizacja jest w porządku. Jeśli nie masz samochodu, okolica jest bardzo zanieczyszczona, ponieważ znajduje się przy autostradzie i jest bardzo zabudowana, ale na zewnątrz znajduje się ładny ogród, w którym można się zrelaksować. Recepcjonistka była zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna, bardzo uprzejma.
Advantages:
Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant.
Flaws:
The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels.
Overpriced for expectations.

This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.
Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.
Niesamowita recepcja próbowała pomóc nam skonfigurować aplikację do zamawiania jedzenia, chociaż komunikacja była trudna i nieudana z powodu konieczności podania numeru telefonu komórkowego. Ostatecznie poszliśmy po kolację do bliższego centrum handlowego. Super wygodne łóżko i bardzo blisko lotniska.
It is nice staying in that hotel. Their breakfast is very excellent, the people are very friendly, and the location is not far from city center. I wish i stayed more than the days i booked.

GGuest UserThis hotel was where I stayed during a business trip. For a five-star hotel, it was very old and outdated. The rooms were generally warm, but even on hot days, they were overheated. There was no hot water during the evening on a weekend, but the staff didn't seem to do anything about it. During my stay, I experienced two days of no hot water. The price wasn't expensive for a five-star hotel, but I wouldn't go back.

OOne Country at a TimeI didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.
MM523032****The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. The hairdryer was a bit odd, like a water dryer. The room's soundproofing was poor, and the noise was quite noticeable. Luckily, I was tired enough to fall asleep. The hotel helped me book a car, which was reliable and convenient. Overall, the price was a bit expensive.
CChangGreat location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport.
The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.
GGuest UserThe hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and it was a wonderful surprise that the non-smoking room smelled so fresh. Its location is right in the city center, and the breakfast is of very high quality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri.
