„Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.”

„Had a great one-night stay in London! Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of food spots in the gardens. I grabbed a delicious morning bagel before checking out at 12pm, which was super convenient. We also had access to the pool but sadly ran out of time to use it, definitely something to try next time!”

„After I made booking via trip.com for 8 nights, I sent a request to hotel for two single beds instead of one king double bed in my room and also my room to be facing the river, not the back alley of the hotel. I did not receive any response/reply from the hotel until I arrived at the hotel for check-in. The staff at the check-in desk (Ms. Kalyani) told me that there is no room with two single beds available and the only rooms available are with one king size double bed + the room is facing back alley. She said the rooms facing river will cost more as they are premium rooms and if I want I will have to pay GBP35.00 more per night for 8 nights. She kept insisting that hotel staff replied to me via email/call or message that there is no room with two single beds available and facing river side. I told her several times that I have not received any message or call or email from anyone regarding this. She kept arguing and she was joined by more staff who also kept arguing. I told her that it is not acceptable that after I have made the full payment in advance, now you are telling me that you cannot give me a nice room. If I cancel at the day or check-in at hotel, I loose a significant amount of money. So, I am left with no choice but to accept whatever room is offered to me. After an hour of unreasonable arguments by the hotel staff (mainly Ms. Kalyani), I was shown a decent room facing river with a king size double bed. I specifically requested for two single beds but I was left with no choice but accept it because of the full payment in advance. This is something which trip.com and the hotel management must look into. Because if your hotel has made an agreement with trip.com to accept guests coming via trip.com, then it is the hotel's responsibility to make sure that guests requests are replied/responded on time. You cannot simply blame it on guests and ask them to check with trip.com. You are accepting bookings via several online booking agents including trip.com. It is your responsibility to check and confirm to guests any requests coming through online booking agents. Simply pushing it on guests and asking them to check with trip.com is not acceptable and this must change. In the end, Ms Kalyani (the staff at the check-in counter) stopped arguing and trying to prove her point that they are right. I have stayed in this hotel before for 4 nights and it was a good experience but this time it was not good. Although, Ms Kalyani tried to compensate me with a free breakfast voucher for two, for one day, it was not a good experience overall. The staff on the front desk in day shift and night shift are mostly very arrogant and ill mannered. They are probably paid low wages and no training provided to them to smile and be polite to guests. Mostly the flat face and rude replies with arrogance. I think the hotel management must look into replacing the Managers in day shift and night shift and also the should consider hiring people with good attitude and provide them proper training. This is not a good hotel to stay for long term, I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel more than one day.”

„I arrived early to the hotel and asked if there was any possibility I could check in early? The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and fortunately there was room ready so I checked and had a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the facilities over two days. I particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool and the sauna. I was attending an event at the Excel Arena so location could not have been better. Thank you to the staff for wonderful service”

„The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything felt brand new and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The bathroom was luxurious with a rain shower, large soaking tub, and double vanity. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like blackout curtains and Molton Brown amenities.”

„I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.”

„Hotel znajduje się zaledwie 2 kilometry od Terminalu 2. Wyjdź z terminalu pasażerskiego i udaj się bezpośrednio na parking. Przystanek autobusowy nr 10 to miejsce, gdzie zatrzymują się wszystkie autobusy. Wybierz autobus, który kursuje do hotelu (zatrzymuje się na różnych trasach). Nie wiem, czy było spóźnienie, czy coś innego, ale czekaliśmy jednocześnie na taksówkę i autobus. W końcu złapaliśmy taksówkę i dotarliśmy na miejsce w 3 minuty.”

„Moje doświadczenie z rezerwacją dla 2 osób dorosłych i 2 dzieci. Ogromne łóżko typu queen-size i rozkładana sofa, która była więcej niż wystarczająca. Cudowne, ciepłe powitanie w recepcji, dzieci otrzymały bony na poczęstunek z jadalni, co było miłym gestem powitalnym. Na miejscu znajduje się parking, za który zapłaciliśmy 12 funtów za około 24 godziny. Największą rzeczą, której potrzebowaliśmy, był dostęp do basenu, który jest BEZPŁATNY! ! I otwarte od 7 rano do późnej nocy. W cenę wliczona jest także sauna i łaźnia parowa. Główna ulica znajduje się w odległości spaceru i jest pełna miejsc z jedzeniem. Poranne śniadanie było bardzo dobre, wszystko świeże, smaczne i dobry, łatwy układ. Ogólnie absolutnie fantastycznie, jeśli lokalizacja Ci odpowiada, to ten hotel jest absolutną koniecznością?”

„We arrived early so we could drop off the luggage before visiting attractions in London.  Very friendly staff, and accommodating. The room the hotel gave us was away from the elevator at our request, and the sofa bed was made up for us.  They even provide 3 robes, and 3 cups and mugs.  The aircon was very simple to use, shower was forceful and toiletries were great.  The dinner wasn’t the best, so recommend not dining in the hotel when there are so many great choices outside.  The breakfast was really good and staff very friendly.  This hotel was a great choice and nice for families.  If I’m ever again in the area with family, I’d choose to stay here again for sure.”
