Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

Hotel, w którym lata wiele linii lotniczych, jest zatłoczony. Pokój był kompaktowy, ale wystarczająco przestronny, z wygodnym łóżkiem i ciepłym prysznicem. Basen był cichy i stanowił prawdziwy atut w centrum Londynu. Bardzo blisko metra, a także sklepów, barów i restauracji (dzięki czemu można znaleźć tańsze opcje na przykład na śniadanie).

Everything was fine apart from the fact that I had to pay a fine of 10 pounds for losing my key card, something which I find quite awkward. Other than that the staff were polite and friendly. Ideal location for some of the main attractions in central London

We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

Mieliśmy dobry czas w Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, od recepcji do układu pokoi i super wygodne położenie, cieszyliśmy się naszym pobytem przez 3 noce. Jeden bonus w tym hotelu, że odkryliśmy, że pokój ma mikrofalówkę i mini lodówkę, która jest super przydatna, jeśli podróżuje z dziećmi. Bardzo polecam każdemu, kto chce pobyć w słynnym zabytku, takim jak Big Ben, London Eye lub Waterloo Station itp.

Hotel znajduje się zaledwie 2 kilometry od Terminalu 2. Wyjdź z terminalu pasażerskiego i udaj się bezpośrednio na parking. Przystanek autobusowy nr 10 to miejsce, gdzie zatrzymują się wszystkie autobusy. Wybierz autobus, który kursuje do hotelu (zatrzymuje się na różnych trasach). Nie wiem, czy było spóźnienie, czy coś innego, ale czekaliśmy jednocześnie na taksówkę i autobus. W końcu złapaliśmy taksówkę i dotarliśmy na miejsce w 3 minuty.

Perfect hotel for a family - great space in the vaults, clean, with a fully functional kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly and would recommend this place to everyone.

W pokoju czuć było smród, gdy się zameldowaliśmy, co obniżyło ocenę czystości. Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że hotel za 255 funtów za noc będzie śmierdział, ale po włączeniu klimatyzacji i kilku godzinach oczekiwania zrobiło się znacznie lepiej. Nie narzekaliśmy więc. To sprawiło, że nasze pierwsze wrażenie o hotelu było złe. Położenie jest jednak dość dogodne – zaledwie 1-2 przystanki od popularnych atrakcji, takich jak Big Ben, London Eye i Westminster. Obsługa jest przeciętna. Nie jest źle, ale nie czułem entuzjazmu osoby meldującej. Udogodnienia – bardzo podobał nam się basen i sauna. Uwaga: należy zarezerwować godzinę. W basenie nie pływali żadni ludzie, więc basen wydawał się być naszym prywatnym, co bardzo nas ucieszyło. To jeden z atutów hotelu. Jedzenie – skorzystaliśmy z obsługi pokoju. Jedzenie było dobrej jakości, ale nie zamówię go ponownie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, rzadko można zobaczyć w Londynie czterogwiazdkowy hotel z basenem, więc jest w porządku. Koszty życia w Londynie sprawiły, że cena była rozsądna.

Czasami myjemy całą łazienkę z wszystkimi zastąpionymi, czasami nie wszystko. Kiedy spodziewasz się mieć dwie butelki wody, dostaniesz tylko jedną. Kiedy zadzwoniłeś do serwisu po pokój na butelkę, oznaczałoby to, że musisz zadzwonić dwa razy i czekać co najmniej 30 minut.
