Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.
We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.
Wasn’t too bad for the price I paid especially since I booked it on the day. Amenities were all there. The room was really small but nothing I didn’t expect. The bathroom was really tight but can’t complain. Had a view of London from my room which was nice. No air con so when I walked in it was really hot but leaving the window open the entire time helped massively. The window was broken though so I had to place a spoon to keep it open the entire time but worked out quite well for me.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery.
Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful.
When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property.
The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall.
I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.
It was my sister’s birthday and the service was beautiful, the staff were very attentive and welcoming especially Sahil. We got a complimentary breakfast and a cake for my sister. The hotel room was nice and clean, the pool and jacuzzi was very well maintained and very relaxing. My sister and l enjoyed our stay and we will surely be back. Shoutout to Sahil and team for making it a memorable experience.

Perfect hotel for a family - great space in the vaults, clean, with a fully functional kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly and would recommend this place to everyone.
Cleanliness is was perfect and staff are quite polite. However, Location is difficult to get to by bus from Heathrow Airport. Except by taxi or if you stopped at Raddison blu and walked 4 mins to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet could be better, I didn’t see much salads or veg options on display. Also waffles were too sweet and tough and chunky as scones.
Bardzo dobry

Very Good
JJane StaceyI have stayed at the Dilly on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. But this time, unfortunately, it didn’t quite tick all the boxes for me.
I booked the Dilly because it was my daughter‘s birthday while we were staying and on previous occasions I had stayed for my own birthday and a friends . The Dilly always made it feel special.
I did email the hotel and informed them it was my daughter’s birthday plus when we checked in and left our bags earlier that morning on arrival, we was asked was it for any occasion and I told the reception staff that it was for my daughter’s birthday. We arrived earlier than check-in and the room was not ready which we didn’t expect it to be. We just wanted to leave the cases which wasn’t a problem. We was told that we would be priority when a room was ready and would contacted us when it was available, which was great. But we intended on going shopping anyway so that wasn’t a problem at all. We were willing to wait till 3 o’clock for the check-in time anyway.
We never got a call to say that the room was ready but we came back to the hotel around 3:30. We were allocated a room on the second floor. I had booked a superior King. The room was nice. It was just on the same hallway as the dining room.
When we entered the room, I must admit I expected it to have some recognition of my daughter‘s birthday. Normally they write on the mirrors with some fruit and chocolate treats but there was nothing at all. I did go down to reception without my daughter, knowing because obviously she was unaware as she had not stayed at the Dilly before and I had a word with reception to see if they had stopped recognising when you were celebrating a special occasion. The lady said had I not informed them that it was her birthday to customer Relations which I told her I had and she said leave it with me and she would sort it out and asked when her birthday was , which was the next day. True to her word when we got back to the room the day after it was all trimmed up with sweet treats bottle of Prosecco and balloons on the bed which was amazing and i was so happy that Dilly had done and more than I expected in the first place.
I rang reception straight where to thank them for what they had provided for my daughter’s birthday and the recognition of the lady that had done it for her. Reception told me that there was no one from custom Relations on that evening but they would pass the message on in the morning.
Later to that evening. I had a phone call from reception, from lady saying that she was customer Relations and asking me if I wanted the room trimming up and it would be £90 for my daughter‘s birthday! I was most confused and said the Room had already been trimmed up! She told me she was just reading her emails about me requesting the room to be trimmed and that they charge £90 for it and I said to her I’d never ask for the room to be trimmed. I just had said it was my daughter‘s birthday and even if I had it would be a bit late to be ringing me at 6:40 at night on the day of their birthday to see if I wanted it trimming up it really just didn’t make sense to me at all which I told us or too. She told me that I wouldn’t be charged for the decorations that had already been done and rightly so as that’s not what I had requested and I’m not going to lie it did spoil what they had provided.
When I booked the Dilly Hotel this time I didn’t actually book it through their website. I booked it through another company and didn’t realise that it was having renovations done. If I had I maybe would not have booked it to be honest. Although it didn’t massively impact our holiday as you are not in your hotel all the time. It was in the main reception and our room was on the second floor not only was it noisy because of the location near the dining room people walk past and being loud from early in the morning there was also noise from the works that was being done.
With exception of the staff on arrival I found the r
CchristiatheoMy stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf was overall very solid, with a few standout moments that made it memorable.
The first thing that struck me was the hotel’s modern feel. Everything from the reception area to the corridors had a clean, stylish look. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and professional, though not overly personal. It felt efficient rather than warm—but still perfectly pleasant.
The room itself was comfortable and well thought out. The bed was great for a good night’s sleep, and the blackout curtains worked really well—ideal if you want to fully rest after a busy day. The room wasn’t huge, but it made smart use of space, and everything felt practical. The view was definitely a highlight, especially if you’re on a higher floor—you get a great look at the surrounding Canary Wharf skyline.
Facilities were another plus. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus, especially for unwinding in the evening. However, it can get a bit busy at peak times, which slightly takes away from the relaxing vibe.
The rooftop bar is probably the hotel’s best feature. The views are genuinely impressive, and it has a more premium feel compared to the rest of the hotel. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected given the location and setting.
Location-wise, it’s ideal if you’re staying in Canary Wharf for work or prefer a quieter part of London. It’s not as lively as central areas like Soho or Shoreditch, but transport links are excellent, so getting around isn’t an issue.
On the downside, the lifts were occasionally slow, especially during busy hours, and the breakfast area could feel crowded. The breakfast itself was decent, though not particularly memorable.
Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf offers a reliable, comfortable stay with great views and solid amenities. It may not feel ultra-luxurious, but it delivers good value and a pleasant experience in one of London’s most modern districts.
GGuest UserIt was an amazing experience we went for my girlfriends birthday the atmosphere was amazing and the views were incredible and the buffet for breakfast was spot on i definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking to stay here. The workers was really polite and helpful to find out where everything is aswell.
RRafsana ChoudhuryCheck in experience is very chaotic. Full booking details were missing in hotel system. I.e. number of child or adult guests, number of breakfasts paid for, etc. Prepare for gbp50 deposit per room.
Room was nice with two double beds and pretty view of IFS Cloud cable cars. Location is beautiful. Local trains and buses provide easy access to all of east London. Complicated parking. Driving here is not recommended, like most of London, unfortunately.
Local dining options are expensive. Breakfast is beans on toast and repetitive every single morning. No salads prepared. Busy and chaotic dining room almost every morning. Recommend poached eggs.
Service is an area this hotel really needs to improve. Especially concierge. No help with suitcases and bags. Staff won't even bring a bucket of nice to the rooms. Guests must bring buckets from the room to the bar to collect ice cubes. Not well suited for Muslim guests. No ladies only timings in the Spa facilities. Also overpriced. Local beauty salons in Upton Park are much more affordable and comprehensive.
Overall, an nice, clean, safe hotel, but not good value for money.
GGuest UserLovely hotel, room nice with lovely bathroom.
Robes and slippers provided.
Water in room and tea/coffee making facilities.
Spa with pool was super. Steam room/sauna
Towels provided.
GHD hairdryers and straightens in changing rooms.
Staff lovely.
10 min walk to 2 different tube stations - Tower Hill and Aldgate East (the walk from this kne didn’t feel that safe at night).
15 min walk to Spitalfields market which was fab!
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.
MMyles ShillingfordI recently stayed at the Radisson Heathrow and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved.
One of the standout aspects of the hotel is its overall atmosphere. The lobby is modern, stylish, and creates a great first impression. I also appreciated the check-in technology, which made the arrival process smooth and efficient.
However, I did find the cleanliness of the room to be somewhat disappointing. It wasn’t to a level that caused major concern, but it also didn’t meet the expectations I would have for a four-star hotel. A bit more attention to detail in this area would make a noticeable difference.
I was also frustrated to find that the steam room, which had been advertised as an available facility, was not in use during my stay. There was no prior communication about this, which was disappointing as it was something I was looking forward to using.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and offers a great first impression, but improvements in room cleanliness and better communication regarding unavailable amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience.
BBafuluofusijiThe location is fantastic, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, truly in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is generally good and convenient.
Facilities: The hotel has most of what you'd expect, though the room is a bit small. But that's pretty standard for UK hotels; this king-size room is about 25 square meters. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it didn't really bother me overall.
Ambiance: The atmosphere is nice. They have a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you can enjoy night views of St. Paul's, but there's a dress code – no casual wear allowed.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
HhuzzmundoWas an issue at check in with my reservation which they finally sorted after an hour. Perfect location right opposite Lambeth North station as well. Breakfast could have been better with more variety for a 4 star hotel. Spa was okay shame pool was so cold! Not sure I’d stay again would depend on the price! Staff seemed really nice. Not any amenities in the room.
