Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel given some of the reviews. The room was clean and updated. It was equipped with a refrigerator and coffee pod machine. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water to shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. No water was provided in the room but there is a water dispenser in the lobby to refill a water bottle (they should mention this at check-in). All the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. My only complaint about the room is that the shower could have more water pressure, but it was sufficient for a shower. They do seem to take guest comfort seriously as I overhead a conversation about a guest who had been asked to leave because they were disturbing other guests. The hotel is located on the east side of the airport and they provide shuttle service. There was some traffic noise but we were not disturbed by the planes. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as several others within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I would happily book this hotel again.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

Excellent services (front desk - Jefferson, Jessica, Vicky) and room.  Great location (5 min to Subway, restaurants, grocery), yummy breakfast, free shuttle bus to airport (LGA) only 15 minutes. Definitely will stay there again 😁

Everything is great about this hotel, very spacious and Caroline at the the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is the aircon/heater unit in the room is very noisy, as it's not central air.

hotel świetnie zlokalizowany i czysty, co jest rzadkością w NY, stosunek ceny do jakości - 10. jedyna wada to przepełnione windy - są tylko 3, co w 44-piętrowym obiekcie jest nieco upierdliwe, ale myślę, że dałoby się je przeprogramować, żeby jeździły nieco sensowniej - nie powinny zatrzymywać się podczas jazdy w dół jeśli winda jest pełna.

Most of the staff is off the charts helpful. There was one staff member that made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was a bother to have there

It was a great stay, hotel location is great, near to the falls. Room was big and looks like recently renovated, so all clean and nice. There are multiple restaurants and gaming arcades in the building. Couldn’t ask for more
