Napisał recenzję bezpośrednio do hotelu, więc utrzyma to krótsze. Sprawdź w biurku był niesamowity... ale... Mąż zatrzasnął się w windzie przez 20 minut nikt nie pomógł, dopóki nie wszedłem z 5-go piętra do lobby z moim dzieckiem i żołądkiem w ciąży. Piękny hotel i lokalizacja jest niesamowite Pokój był trochę na błocie po drugiej stronie Małe owoce mrówki latały w zlewie, poduszki były brudne, niektóre światła nie działały Nie dbał o to, dopóki nie został powiedziany hotelowi, że ten wypadek windy się nie zdarzył. W konflikcie, gdybym tu jeszcze został. Kontakt trip.com i choć to nie ich wina, nadal zapewniają komfort i wsparcie, ale hotel odmówił tego nawet się stało ??? The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly. The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

WWei FengThe receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

GGuest UserWhen I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though.

CClarkAmberThis place was BEYOND amazing. I've stayed at about 10 different hotel/motels around bellingham and this was absolutely by far the best. The guy who works at night went way above and beyond to help when my boyfriend dead bolted the door to our room and fell asleep. It was extremely refreshing to see someone be proactive in helping a situation that was totally not their fault. The breakfast was next level. Like I wanted to stay an extra day just to eat breakfast again, so.many.choices. They have a restaurant/ bar that must be good cause on Saturday there was a decent amount of people having a drink. The studio room was HUGE. like double or more the size of a normal hotel room. The only con was the bathrooms. The room had 1 for the toilet and a different room for the shower, that wouldn't be too bad but the doors are opaque sliding doors that don't shut fully, do not have a latch and do not lock. I had to tie something between the shower rail and the door handle so my daughter wouldn't open it. But everything else made this hotel an easy book for next time we need a room. 10/10 will book again.

CCKWtripSheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.
