The Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement:
Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly.
Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times.
Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better.

I have become used to warm and welcoming service across South Africa but this takes the crown.
Storms river is a beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world and this guest lodge was a great choice
The owner took the time to know my plans, gave excellent advice and even organised a shuttle for me.
Very comfortable and quiet place for sleep and relax.
Breakfast is generous, fresh and delicious. Great range of choices. Even does an excellent cappuccino!!!

Where to start...
I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing.
First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping.
The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places.
The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag.
Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

Such a beautiful hotel. Exceeded my expectations. I wish I could it a 5 for cleanliness but below my bed was a bit dirty and i hope they can check below the bed. Blanket a bit dirty too. Otherwise this hotel is underrated. I loved the whole setting and volllage and restaurant and service.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

The room was large, but the soundproofing was poor, and I couldn't sleep by the sound of the corridor all night. The location is right by the sea, it is very convenient to see the sea, the breakfast is also very good, very rich. Choose carefully for people with noise sensitivity

DDONGHUASelf-driving Garden Avenue, depending on the positioning of the hotel. The location is good, go down a bit at N2. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the hotel looks better than the pictures. I booked a family room, but it turned out to have three beds and a small garden with the side door open. The room is very spacious. The decoration of the hotel is very retro, and breakfast is generally a buffet. Overall, the price/performance ratio is high. It’s also great to go around. The location is good. Highly recommend the restaurant next to the hotel, the lamb shank is super delicious!

SSarah JoanOur stay at Barefoot was absolutely amazing and we loved the property and the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle! The staff are fantastic and make you feel like family! Shout out to George, Olivia, Kellen and James! Our game drive on the property was one of the best I’ve experienced with James being so knowledgeable about different wildlife, plant life and nature conservation. We will definitely visit again. Thanks for making us feel so at home!

Не берите тент, если вы не готовы, что у вас будут щели в полу, а туалет и душ по сути на улице наполовину. Безопасность в таком случае нулевая, спите будто в палатке. Повезло , что был свободен другой номер по той же цене. Но и в нем были свои минусы. Кнопки emergency внутри номера порой пугают.. подушки в плесени, полотенца с пятнами, дырки в постельном белье, слышимость в номерах такая, что я проснулась ночью и думала, что кто-то ходит внутри моего номера! Завтрак очень скудный, хотя входит в стоимость.

AAllicerTequila Sunrise is good! Be sure to check the hot water service before you go to bed, was disappointed to wake up early and found out there’s no hot water to take a bath with. The villa is up to the mountain not really close to Addo. Breakfast was ok, the safari experience cost a lot for a full day, was ok but you can’t really see a lot of different animals, a lot of zebras though.

Our family unit was wonderfully spacious, the views from the hill were stunning, and the friendly, helpful staff — along with thoughtful little touches — made the experience extra special. Highly recommended.

DDar.PComfortable and spacious room in a simple and no frills hotel. Nice touch with some welcome chocolates too. There is a restaurant on site too with a bar. Service was good, and checking in and out was very smooth, helped by friendly staff. The outdoor porch with a pool was a nice touch and had great views outside.
