„Service at Gaia hotel was top notch from the reception at Gaia lounge at whoosh station in Padalarang, transportation to hotel, and hotel stay. We enjoyed our 2 night stays at this hotel which has an expansive walking trails, beautiful koi ponds, and full gym including reformer pilates classes. „Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini cukup baik. Pelayanannya ramah dan stafnya bersikap sopan kepada tamu. Namun dalam beberapa situasi terlihat bahwa ketika ada hal yang tidak mereka ketahui, kebingungannya cukup terlihat sehingga informasi yang diberikan kurang meyakinkan. Mungkin ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari sisi pelatihan staf. Untuk fasilitas hotel secara umum tergolong lengkap, bersih, dan nyaman. Area kamar maupun fasilitas lainnya cukup terawat sehingga memberikan pengalaman menginap yang cukup menyenangkan. Namun ada beberapa catatan khusus untuk tipe kamar rooftop. Pada bagian kamar mandi, area toilet duduk terpisah dan tidak dilengkapi exhaust fan. Walaupun terdapat ventilasi, bau dari area tersebut masih cukup terasa sehingga agak mengganggu kenyamanan. Selain itu, fasilitas TV juga beberapa kali mengalami kendala karena koneksi WiFi yang sering gagal tersambung ke TV. Koneksi WiFi untuk penggunaan biasa juga terkadang mengalami gangguan atau galat. Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pada bagian balkon kamar rooftop. Balkon tidak memiliki penutup seperti hordeng atau tirai sehingga terasa cukup terbuka. Selain itu, kedap suara kamar kurang optimal sehingga suara dari lapangan di luar masih cukup terdengar dari dalam kamar. Untuk akses menuju lokasi hotel, agak membingungkan karena tidak terdapat plang atau penanda hotel yang cukup jelas di area sekitar. Selain itu, petunjuk dari Google Maps juga sempat mengarahkan ke lokasi yang kurang tepat sehingga beberapa kali tersasar sebelum akhirnya menemukan hotelnya. Akan lebih membantu jika tersedia penanda yang lebih jelas di area sekitar. Terlepas dari beberapa kekurangan tersebut, secara umum hotel ini tetap nyaman untuk menginap. Dengan sedikit peningkatan pada fasilitas, konektivitas internet, serta penunjuk lokasi hotel, pengalaman menginap tentu bisa menjadi jauh lebih baik.”

„When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Merdeka Bandung. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around, find food, and explore Bandung’s attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung.

Had a pleasant say on Eid al-Adha with my little family. The breakfast served Nasi Kebuli, Opor, Rendang, and choices of Indonesian food so we can taste Raya Day in an elevated way (+with no hustle!)✨ There’s plenty of Western Food choices as well. The hotel also arranged Eid prayer on the ballroom. Tried 3 of the pools here and all of them have no warm water. Although a warm pool (esp for kids) might be nice to have, considering the weather a lil bit cold. Hoping we can come back soon✨

I went to Bandung with my friends and booked this hotel within less than 1 week ahead. Before booking, I did a short research about the best located hotel to the places that we were planning to go to. Since this hotel is located near Braga area, there are so many viral places and cafes that we planned to go to. (approximate time spent by online taxi) - 10 mins to The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa - 11 mins to Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOUS - 15 mins to Tji Laki 9 And the most important thing → only 8 minutes ride from Stasiun Bandung (by Woosh from Halim → Padalarang; then move to feeder train to Stasiun Bandung). So, we don’t need to go too early from the hotel. Service wise, the staff was so helpful, from the check in time, luggage storage and even during the breakfast time. We gladly spent our time at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Thank you for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality 🙏🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

The facilities are good, and the food is decent, though not amazing. There were a couple of minor issues that were quite annoying. The first time we went for breakfast, we were asked how many people we were, and told that if there were two of us, we could only sit indoors and not outside. After calling a supervisor or coordinator, we were finally allowed to sit outside. Then there was the issue with the bathroom mat... after the room was cleaned, it wasn't put back. When we requested it, it took about 2 hours for it to be delivered. Every time we called, the receptionist answered like a bot, saying it had been reported to housekeeping for delivery... yes, it was delivered, but 2 hours later.
