There service was awesome The room was spotless clean infact their housekeeping is upto the standard required Friendly staff

The internal hardware of the hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean. The overall environment is very good and safe. The breakfast is also very rich. It is worth recommending.

I love this hotel, always clean, amazing fast service, great location with enough parking, price is very competitive and they have value for money. Its a beautiful environment.

All good except the $45 a head charge for Breakfast. Cant comment as to whether it is worth such a price as I didnt bother!

Great location, really nice friendly and helpful people, however - hotel room needs renovation, especially its bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was very poor and overpriced for food and service. People at the reception desk were great and helpful. Overall we had great stay in Harare!

It was good stay, near city Centre, decent staff, hotel has own cab service, spencer was very helpful

Hotel catered to the extra requests I made with no additional cost which was lovely. They the process run smoothly. Will definitely go back.

Clean rooms but no sound proof, no Aircon, do not understand y they put a ceiling and down lighters on a thatched roof

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.
