„Here is the English version, neutral and factual, as you prefer: English translation The décor and facilities look dated. It’s slightly below the standards one would expect from a Hilton hotel. The price reflects this as well, while still being expensive for a city like Shenyang. The staff are very friendly. They agreed to a late check-out. Breakfast is really poor for the price: the fruit juices come from cartons rather than being freshly pressed, the pastries are industrial, and the fried eggs are overcooked. I would recommend avoiding it.”

„Z naszego pokoju roztaczał się najpiękniejszy widok na rzekę Yalu, Most Złamany i Most Przyjaźni, a przez lornetkę mogliśmy obserwować Koreę Północną. Lornetka w pokoju była przemyślanym dodatkiem. Pan Huang Rui w recepcji był bardzo pomocny. Pomógł nam w wyborze transportu i restauracji, a także od czasu do czasu dopytywał, co u nas słychać. Tips: • If your booking does not include breakfast, you may want to check with the front desk — you might be in for a pleasant surprise. • For metro access, I preferred using Taiyuanjie Station instead of Shenyang Station, as it felt more convenient. Overall, a great budget-friendly option with good service and an excellent location.”

„The hotel is nice and new but unfortunately I got some negative impressions. The cleaning of the room when I arrived was good but after the first night I had the feeling, that it was just a 5 minutes cleaning activity. Furthermore I detected that the room itself was to cold when the air conditioning was on or to hot when it was off. I didn’t find a way to adjust it in a good way. The worst experience was at the check out, because they deducted from my deposit 4 breakfasts. I only realised it when I already left the hotel. I had to come back to get it sorted out.”

„This Hotel is located nearby the city center of Dandong and is a beautiful oasis directly next to the Yalu river. The staff is very attentive always saying hello, providing water, opening doors etc. We really appreciated the kind help of the front desk for some recommendations in the city. The breakfast was also nice and provided a rather extensive buffet with many options. The rooms were as new and had many cool features such as full bathrooms (shower and bathtub) in addition to free coffee and tea. The entire hotel seemed fresh and clean. The doormen were also always smiling and kind making the stay very pleasant, also the front-desk staff did their best to communicate with us which was really appreciated. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing and we would definitely come back.”

The room size was quite generous, and the bedding and bathroom hygiene were decent. However, there were large, unsightly stains on the carpet that probably couldn't be cleaned, which was a real turn-off. The view was good, and it was close to the beach, perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset. Here's where the problems started. We checked in on Friday and were due to check out on Sunday. We left the hotel at 3 AM on Sunday to watch the sunrise and returned around 5 AM to get some rest. But then, starting at 9 AM, staff members repeatedly knocked on our door, even opening it despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. About ten minutes later, someone else knocked again. To top it off, we received a call on the landline that rang a few times and then hung up. We couldn't get any extra sleep and ended up feeling groggy for the rest of the day until check-out at noon. When I checked in, the front desk staff asked for my Hilton Honors number, promising a complimentary fruit platter. We never saw that fruit platter even by the time we left. It's not about the value of the fruit, but why offer it if you have no intention of delivering? On the day we checked in, a staff member even called to ask if I was satisfied with the room. I had just entered, how would I know if I was satisfied yet? Interestingly, no one bothered to ask if I was satisfied when we were leaving. Overall, the experience wasn't great, but the hotel's location and the room itself were quite good.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us a small gift, which we really appreciated. A big shout-out to the hotel's front desk! The room attendant was also incredibly friendly and did an excellent job cleaning; the room was spotless and very tidy, and she even helped organize our clothes. The food was good, and the hotel offers great value for money. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

I travel a lot for work and usually dislike being asked for five-star reviews at the front desk, but I truly recommend this place. It's a state-owned enterprise, and the front desk staff genuinely cares about guests, even recommending attractions. There's a lounge area on the second floor. The food tastes pretty good, especially breakfast, which is very high quality. Just a heads-up: don't order the dumplings; they don't taste good and tend to get mushy. Also, there are too many potatoes in the tomato and potato beef brisket.
