„Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.”

„特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！”

„One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!”

„Honestly, this hotel is truly the light of Mount Kailash. First, the front desk lady was incredibly helpful. She rented climbing photos and requested oxygen tanks, all handled from the comfort of her home. Second, the hotel's amenities are among the best in the area, practically meeting Wanlian's standards. They even have a massage chair. Third, I won't dwell on the hardware, but I do want to touch on the software. I left my watch at the hotel, and the lady even found a time to ship it to me. She was very thorough in her communication and even did the shipping herself. Thank you so much! Fourth, the hotel offers a pick-up service for circumambulation, but this isn't necessary if you're driving.”

„這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌 從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！ 酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍 去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯 房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍 當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了， 綜上所有真實入住感受，強烈推薦大家可以選這家，我下個月來拉薩出差一定還會住這裏，衷心祝願酒店越來越好，有更多客人喜歡，生意興隆，天天滿房🎉”

„The whole itinerary has a great stay experience, focusing on praise for the front desk Yang Qing. The little girl has a lively and outgoing personality, and the reception guests are very sincere. Not only is the business professional, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the chat is fun and talkative. I consulted various problems related to travel, oxygen supply facilities, eating and playing around. Yang Qing explained clearly and took the initiative to give a lot of practical travel advice. I can meet such a warm-hearted and interesting staff in a different place, and I feel very practical. „服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，停車場很大，洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便，棒!説真的，以前的亞朵其他城市都是500往上。今年大過年趕上藏曆公曆新年一起過的，300不到。真的很驚喜，我的目的就是扎什倫布寺，這個酒店離寺廟大門幾百米，我也是從寺廟出來走動了，才到這裏歇腳，沒想到太驚喜了，第二天果斷再去爬天梯，路線不知道的可以問前台小姐姐。對了，還有餐廳特別棒，很有本地特色，寫的 “相招”，滿滿的佛學特色。餐廳是有史以來我遇到的最好的。想吃營養的早餐就整堅果，想吃重口味的，他這兒還有涼菜和川菜酥肉。以及毛肚。油炸食品也少不了。這可是藏曆新年初一啊，你們還搞得這麼齊全。這麼卷！”

„We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.”
