Hotele z: Breakfast w Hainan, China

Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out.

Zajęło wieczność, aby dowiedzieć się, jak skontaktować się z kierowcą (zdecydowanie potrzebujesz chińskiej karty SIM lub możliwości wykonywania połączeń). Ponadto nikt (kierowca, recepcja itp.) nie mówi po angielsku. Podjazd do hotelu nie jest długi. Staliśmy za jedną rodziną w kolejce, więc czekanie na zameldowanie zajęło około 20 minut. Przyjechaliśmy o 2 w nocy, ale musieliśmy złapać lot o 7:30, więc nie mieliśmy zbyt wiele czasu na odpoczynek. Nadal jesteśmy zadowoleni, że się zameldowaliśmy. Prysznic i łóżko były dobre. Niestety, transfer o 5 rano był „w pełni zarezerwowany” w momencie naszego zameldowania, więc musieliśmy zapłacić za własny transport powrotny na lotnisko, mimo że przejazd miał być wliczony w cenę. Następny transfer był godzinę później (tylko jeden transfer na godzinę!!), więc dla nas było za późno. Nie jest to wielka sprawa, bo kosztowało to tylko kilka dolarów, ale było to uciążliwe, żeby dostać didi, a samochód naszego kierowcy utknął, bo brama nie chciała się otworzyć, żebyśmy mogli opuścić parking. Korytarz nie był klimatyzowany, więc pociliśmy się jak szaleni, pchając nasze bagaże przez długie korytarze, żeby dostać się do naszego pokoju. Jeśli się nie spieszysz jak my, to jest OK…

Very nice facilities with hot springs, good breakfast, a wonderful Russian speaker LAN (super helpful and welcoming). There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

Uważam, że było to świetne miejsce jakieś 10-15 lat temu, ale na razie pilnie potrzebuje remontu i poważnego sprzątania. Pokój był w porządku, bardzo duży, z niesamowitą wanną na balkonie! Ale łazienka naprawdę nie była taka dobra: drzwi prysznica i toalety nie można było prawidłowo zamknąć, więc woda była wszędzie, a zasłona była niewyobrażalnie brudna! Opcje śniadaniowe są bardzo słabe. W pobliżu znajduje się droga o dużym natężeniu ruchu, więc jeśli masz lekki sen, pamiętaj o tym! Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jeśli podróżujesz z ograniczonym budżetem, jest w porządku. Do morza około 10 minut na piechotę, a widok z balkonu jest niesamowity!

Pros: - Ideal location for individual travellers. There're lots of bus stops nearby the hotel & you can catch the right bus to almost all city sightseeings & shopping malls. It took us somewhere around 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the East railway station & about an hour to get to the Mailan airport. Sun & moon squire plaza is located just 15 minutes of walking from the hotel. There're lots of stores to go shopping & restaurants to eat for any taste there. Same way you can get to Hainan museum on foot. Qilon street, Hainan tropical wildlife park & botanical garden, Hainan golden temple Chengmai, Mission hills movie town & even Holiday beach can be reached by buses from this location. So if you prefer using the public transport during your trips, the hotel is really good for you - Lovely, helpful & friendly ladies at the reception desk. They let us store our luggage for several hours after checking-out, thank them for it - The room is clean, rather cozy & well-maintained. AC works good & the window view is also pleasant Cons: - The room was much smaller than it was declared. Still it was comfortable for us, as we didn't spend much time inside. But the room wasn't 33-35 squire meters, in reality it's 15 squire meters maximum - When other guests decide to talk on the phone in the hall, it's a bit noisy

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację. To idealne miejsce na wypad do miasta, żeby coś zjeść, napić się i dobrze się bawić. Z pokoju roztacza się piękny widok. Nie tylko widać całą zatokę Sanya, ale także wyspę Phoenix w oddali. Kamerdyner Eason dba o wszystko i ma bardzo dobre podejście.

W rezultacie wrażenia z hotelu znacznie przekroczyły oczekiwania❗️ Kiedy jedziesz taksówką pod drzwi, nie musisz otwierać drzwi ani samodzielnie dźwigać bagażu. Odprawa jest bardzo szybka i na miejscu. Bagaż jest przewożony do pokoju w celu uzyskania pomocy Wystrój pokoju jest bardzo stylowy. Jest czysty (w rzeczywistości jest znacznie lepiej niż na zdjęciu, chociaż zdjęcie jest już bardzo piękne). Desery w barze deserowym na dole są bardzo smaczne. Lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała, a transport jest bardzo wygodny. Widok na ogród na dole jest piękny. . . … ⭐️Poza tym najbardziej godna pochwały jest pan Dai z konsjerża ☀️Ach! Newly opened hotel, the room is large and the whole house is smart, the new room and supplies are clean, there is a balcony for drying clothes, the hotel has a self-service laundry room, free parking at the door, plenty of parking spaces, buffet breakfast with healthy, clean and delicious. The staff are warm and courteous and good service, it is worth staying.

Hotel okazał się całkiem dobry, w pełni zasługuje na cztery gwiazdki. Pokoje były nieco zniszczone, ale w pokoju był czajnik, telewizor i lodówka. Ręczniki zmieniane są codziennie, pościel co kilka dni, a łazienka wyposażona jest w pełen zestaw akcesoriów. Dostępne są ręczniki plażowe i fumigator na komary. Śniadania są dobre, głównie w stylu chińskim, ale są też dania kuchni europejskiej, takie jak jogurt, jajecznica, tosty, kiełbaski i wiele innych. Kucharze bardzo się starają, jedzenie jest pyszne. Jak to możliwe, chciałbym, żeby materace były bardziej miękkie. Do plaży jest 10 minut spacerem, a w okolicy jest mnóstwo kawiarni, restauracji i sklepów. Basen w budynku po drugiej stronie ulicy jest czysty i zaciszny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się tuż przed hotelem. Personel mówi słabo po angielsku, lepiej ściągnąć tłumacza.

Overall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀
