„Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out.”

Ale łazienka naprawdę nie była taka dobra: drzwi prysznica i toalety nie można było prawidłowo zamknąć, więc woda była wszędzie, a zasłona była niewyobrażalnie brudna! Opcje śniadaniowe są bardzo słabe. W pobliżu znajduje się droga o dużym natężeniu ruchu, więc jeśli masz lekki sen, pamiętaj o tym! Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jeśli podróżujesz z ograniczonym budżetem, jest w porządku. Do morza około 10 minut na piechotę, a widok z balkonu jest niesamowity!”

„Holiday Inn Express @ Sanya is a value-for-money hotel accommodation for those who are prudent in managing vacation expenses. Although the building may not be posh-looking, the hotel rooms are basically clean and the customer service staff, including housekeepers, are friendly and helpful. The hotel even has a robot to run errands for hotel guests and I am impressed. Well done, Holiday Inn Express @ Sanya.”

„Our stay at JW Marriott turned out to be a truly unforgettable and deeply touching experience. During our stay, it happened to be our baby’s second birthday. Sharry prepared a birthday surprise for us that went far beyond anything we expected. It was not just a simple room decoration, but a genuine celebration of a child’s growth, done with real care and heart. The room was beautifully decorated, but what moved me the most was this: almost all hotel staff personally wrote handwritten birthday wishes for our baby, folded each note into a heart, and placed them together in a glass bottle. Seeing that bottle filled with so many handwritten messages from different people was incredibly touching. It wasn’t just five-star service — it was warmth, sincerity, and human connection. What made this experience even more special was that Sharry learned we had stayed at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand, in October last year, and that our wonderful experience there was the reason we chose the JW Marriott brand again. After hearing this, she went the extra mile and coordinated with the team in Thailand to record a birthday greeting video for our daughter. Receiving birthday wishes months later from familiar faces we had met before, from another country, was incredibly emotional and meaningful for us. It truly showed a level of care and connection that is very rare. The hotel also prepared a birthday cake for our baby, and the next day surprised us again with a lovely animal-themed cake. The care didn’t stop at one moment; it continued throughout our stay. In addition, our room was upgraded, and during the entire stay, Sharry checked in with us daily about our experience, always attentive but never intrusive. This kind of thoughtful, genuine service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. Objective feedback: • The sound insulation of the room door is not very strong, and corridor noise can be noticeable • Breakfast is average, without many highlights • It would be great if the breakfast area could include clear allergen labeling, which would be very helpful for guests with food allergies • The hotel feels more business-oriented and mature in style, and the overall resort atmosphere is not particularly strong Overall, this is a hotel with solid facilities and exceptionally warm, thoughtful service. The sincere, unrequested, and carefully executed details made this stay truly special and memorable.”

You can walk to the mall in a few minutes, take a taxi for ten minutes to the old street of the arcade, and it is super happy to go shopping and eat and take pictures! The hotel facilities are very new, the room is clean and odorless, the sound insulation effect is good, the rest is not disturbed at night, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the quilt is soft and comfortable to sleep. The front desk service is gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out process is simple, the luggage is free, and the details are very intimate. „Istotnym minusem było to, że nawet o 9:30 rano ręczniki nie były przygotowane przy basenie i musieliśmy na nie dość długo czekać. Należy również pamiętać, że na plaży nie ma wystarczającej liczby leżaków ani ręczników, dlatego lepiej zabrać je ze sobą z hotelu. Miłoby było, gdyby personel, zarówno przy basenie, jak i w restauracji, dbał o bardziej schludny i spójny wygląd. Niektóre uniformy wyglądały na znoszone, a koszulki były wyblakłe. Z drugiej strony, hotel jest stale utrzymywany w czystości, co jest dodatkowym atutem. To przyjemny hotel z dobrą ofertą atrakcji dla dzieci, choć warto wspomnieć, że zaczyna on już nosić ślady zużycia. Kolejną zaletą jest różnorodność sklepów i restauracji w okolicy hotelu. Wycieczka do Parku Leśnego Yalong Tropical Paradise jest oddalona o zaledwie kilka minut i zdecydowanie warto ją odwiedzić. Dla gości anglojęzycznych Sophie była bardzo pomocna. Kilkakrotnie w trakcie naszego pobytu kontaktowała się z nami, aby upewnić się, że wszystko jest w porządku, i była bardzo miła i pomocna. Jednak reszta personelu mówi głównie po rosyjsku i chińsku. Odzwierciedla to również sala śniadaniowa, gdzie wiele dań ma etykiety tylko po rosyjsku i chińsku. Tłumaczenie na język angielski byłoby bardzo mile widziane.”

„前台服務是可以的，但是酒店真的太舊了。尤其是這個枕頭。是決明子枕頭，裏面的枕芯很大一股汗臭味。可以換掉了。臭的我一晚上沒睡好。翻來覆去都聞得到這個味道。衞生間洗澡那裡就挨着馬桶。水弄的馬桶上到處都是。 旁邊就是商業。地理位置還可以。”
