Hotel Xiansu położony jest w samym sercu doliny Wangxian, co jest niezwykle dogodne. Sam hotel był piękny, a pokój, który dostaliśmy z widokiem na góry, był nieskazitelny. Wszystko było w porządku aż do późnej nocy, kiedy wróciliśmy do pokoju i usłyszeliśmy grupę turystów pijących i grających w karty w sąsiednim pokoju. Incydent obnażył fatalną konstrukcję pokoju, który nie był dobrze wyizolowany. Great location. Only 7mins walk to Shangrao railway station. We had a very smooth check-in by a lovely young lady. Excellent service. She was very friendly and helpful. She even upgraded our room. We didn’t expect that. It was very kind of her. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very good sleep. Thanks very much😊.

The staff was nice and the location is really convenient (right next to the metro station and short taxi ride to the city center). The furniture was quite old and the room quite sparse. The walls were dirty in places. The bathroom was the cleanest part, which is good. All in all, shouldn't be your first option but will work for a short trip.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the high speed rail station with excellent & professional customer service. Look no further, this hotel has them all. And it also provides both pick up and drop off at the railway station. Driver is very courteous. Don't forget to order their all you can eat breakfast. Strongly recommended!

Facilities: Modern facilities, smart toilet with bidet system. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Service: The lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! 👍👍 She helped us get an upgraded room and was very warm and attentive. When we checked out, a cleaning lady greeted us with a cheerful hello, which was a lovely start to the day! 🥳 Environment: Quiet floor, very conveniently located near the elevator. We tried a popular local internet-famous restaurant, and the food was delicious 😋 No bad dishes at all! We highly recommend 'Hui Shen's Canteen' for a successful and clean plate experience! #

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

從深圳自駕到吉安天色已晚，準備入住全國連鎖，路過看到這間星朵酒店，查到是新開業、評級為四鑽，價格實惠很多，抱着值得一試的心態入住。 地面有三個位置可停車，第二天早上發現竟然還有地下停車場，對自駕者很友好。 房間很寬敞，遠超常住連鎖，配置了茶具，智能潔具，也是果斷連住的主因。 一樓早餐的環境非常好，而且還有四、五間茶室，下午回來後在此休整，非常休閑、愜意！ 第二天早上發現酒店旁邊就是吉安軍分區、對面是工商銀行吉安市分行。早餐後出去隨意逛逛，10分鐘既然走到儒林裏、能仁巷，一直可走到江邊。 無意中發現的又一間寶藏酒店，推薦推薦！

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄
