„Great location. Only 7mins walk to Shangrao railway station. We had a very smooth check-in by a lovely young lady. Excellent service. She was very friendly and helpful. She even upgraded our room. We didn’t expect that. It was very kind of her. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very good sleep. Thanks very much😊.”

„Five minutes from West Railway station and Yellow metro line. Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff. No street map but metro map available at front desk. A system of colored tags with destination in Chinese for taxi handy. For some reason no bar fridge. Lots of small restaurants close by. Shuttle service provided to rail station.”

„Well-located for Nanchang West Station, which is why I chose it, but otherwise the surrounding area is nothing special. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very good value for money.”

„My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the service was good, the breakfast selection was decent, and the location was excellent. I also appreciated the security of needing a key card to access the upper floors. However, it was incredibly hot, and the elevator had no air conditioning, which was a real drawback. The downsides were significant. Upon checking in, I discovered the duvet cover was torn. After communicating with the front desk, they promptly replaced it, but unbelievably, the replacement was also damaged. At that point, I just gave up trying to get another one – you can see for yourself in the pictures. Furthermore, there weren't enough hangers in the room, so I requested more. The hangers they brought were completely different and much lower quality than the ones already in the room. The wall near the TV was covered in grease stains, which was pretty off-putting. And I'm not sure if it was because of the heat, but whenever I was near the sink, there was a persistent foul smell coming from the pipes below. I've never encountered that in any other hotel. Overall, my stay was just mediocre.”

„Probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel! The staff were warm when we arrived in the evening. The immediately offered us tea, warm cloths for our hands and bowls of congee to take up to the room for an evening snack The room was gorgeous, with a fantastic view over the river and a short walk to restaurants, shops and one of the local pontoon bridges. The staff were equally as warm and friendly on our departure. It made our trip to Ganzhou feel even more special. Thank you team for the wonderful stay.”

„整體住下來感覺很不錯！進門大堂看着很舒服，風格簡簡單單不會花哨，前台辦理挺快，服務態度挺好，公共區域收拾得乾乾淨淨，等辦理的時候坐一會很放鬆。 必須誇誇自助洗衣房，出行真的剛需！洗衣機烘乾機看着都挺乾淨，沒有難聞味道，烘乾完直接收好，不用帶着一堆臟衣服，太省心了。 大床房睡着舒服，環境安靜，整體很滿意，下次過來還願意選這家。”

„I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄”

„Cozy, clean and comfortable. Strategically located near Wan Shou Gong area. A stone's throw away from Wan Shou Gong metro station (exit 3). Facilities are good, with free laundry (self-service) and supper daily (9pm -11pm). Staff are courteous and helpful. Teng Wang Ge is just 800m away. Highly recommend the dry noodles (Nanchang Ban Fen) at a small eatery called 333 nearby.”
