„My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights over a weekend, following a cruise around the Japan Islands. Our rooms were space-compromised, however, all necessary amenities, internet and personal extras were available in-room. Our breakfasts were included and I must say that they were of high quality and abundabce, catering to Japanese and European cultures... though not foods could have been hotter. The location is a good walking distance for the Port area, parks, Chinatown and shopping. Train services are available for destinations further away. Buses are available nearby to go to either Narita or Haneda Airports. Overall, very happy with our stay.”

„One of the best hot spring hotels even experienced in Japan! New, clean and comfy environment, the buffet dinner and breakfast provided wide variety of food. „Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient”

„I recently stayed at HOTEL Enmichi in Kawasaki and had a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk from both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki stations, so getting around was really easy and convenient.  The rooms were clean, modern, and had a cozy feel with thoughtful touches. Free Wi-Fi and amenities like bottled water in the fridge made the stay stress-free. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, and check-in/check-out was smooth.  I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant downstairs, where the food was tasty with good variety — especially nice for a casual meal before/after exploring the city.  Overall, it felt like excellent value — clean spaces, friendly service, and a solid location for exploring Kawasaki or even heading into Tokyo. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays!”

A relatively old hot spring hotel, run by an elderly Japanese couple, and an auntie-like waiter. The overall experience is average, mainly because it is too old, the facilities are very old, and the hot spring is very small; it is far from Yumoto Station, the shuttle bus does not operate after 5 pm, the hotel does not have a pick-up service, the suitcase is large, and it is difficult to bring children Not recommended by tourists.

We used this hotel for a birthday trip. We had requested a message plate when making the reservation, but it wasn't reflected in our request. However, when we inquired with the staff during dinner, they kindly accommodated our request, allowing us to create the surprise. I had always wanted to stay at Fufu, and this was my first time, and it was a wonderful experience. We've already talked about wanting to stay at other Fufu locations for each other's birthday trips in the future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The room facilities were decent, and the hygiene was excellent 👍. The public bath was also very good 👍. However, the room floor and view I was assigned this time were just average. The dining quality also wasn't as good as before, and the service quality has declined a bit.

The room was quite spacious, and being right by the sea, I could enjoy ocean views from the window. The location is super convenient – it's only about 300-400 meters from the Big Ferris Wheel, 700-800 meters from the Red Brick Warehouse, 200 meters from the Convention Center, and 300-400 meters from the Portside Shopping Area. Chinatown is roughly 1.3 km away, and Noge Yokocho is about 1.2 km. Absolutely fantastic location!

Large resort in the scenic Hakone area with a pleasing garden view of Mt. Fuji. The Hotel Green Plaza Hakone can be reached from Odawara Station via a 50 minute bus ride up a winding mountain road. It has easy access to the Ropeway's Ubako stop, from which you can get to Lake Ashi and other tourist places. The hotel is not new, but its rooms are decent and quite large by local standards. It offers wedding services and has good amenities including a spa and public bath. While it's somewhat isolated from other shops and restaurants, guests can enjoy a sumptuous buffet style breakfast and dinner with an extensive choice of Japanese foods. The service when my wife and I were there was beyond reproach and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the Ropeway was a disappointment, since views were completely hidden by a thick fog. We did get some memorable views of Mt. Fuji rising out of the mist.

Thanks to other guests for mentioning the transportation in their reviews. Getting to the hotel from Odawara was a bit of a hassle, but once I arrived, I felt it was absolutely the right choice. The hotel's location is excellent, with mountain views from the room, and it's clean and tidy. The free, unlimited ice cream at the hotel is delicious and definitely deserves a special shout-out. Breakfast was plentiful, and the dinner buffet was fantastic, with all-you-can-eat sashimi and unagi don, plus surprisingly tasty lobster, and a wide selection of drinks. That evening, I enjoyed the outdoor hot spring all to myself, facing a waterfall and forest – it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient! The staff were very attentive and detailed in their service, with great attitudes and thorough explanations! Apart from the tricky transportation, everything else was wonderful.

When traveling, it's always best to stay at a hotel! This one is conveniently located right next to JR Kawasaki Station, making getting around super easy. If you're flying in or out of Haneda Airport and using Keikyu Kawasaki Station, it's less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops, including all the popular brands you'd expect, plus several electronics stores and underground food supermarkets. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, offering complimentary bottled water and capsule coffee. On the desk, there's a welcome paper crane and an extra origami piece you can take home as a souvenir. The lobby on the first floor provides self-service amenities ranging from cleansing oil to toner, lotion, and even a face mask. Definitely plan your trip early to get a better deal on the hotel price!

Ryori-yaku (restaurant name), the hot springs in Hakone are unparalleled, but the food here really deserves mention. I've been to Ryori-yaku in Izu before, and compared to that, this one probably suits my taste better. It's not as sweet, so the food is refreshing and not cloying. The only downside is that the rooms are really small—every inch of space is precious!

We stayed one night with our family. We booked two Japanese-style rooms. The rooms were very nicely decorated. We visited the onsen. There are three different onsen: one inside the building, one across the street, and a separate private onsen. The water was a comfortable temperature, there weren't many people there, and there were pools both inside and outside. We ordered dinner and a kaiseki breakfast: delicious and varied. You can order drinks as well. In the morning after breakfast, a staff member gave us a free ride to Gora Station, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is self-service, but it's absolutely fantastic. First off, the location and the view from the window are unbeatable. It features authentic Hakone hot spring water directly to your room, and you can definitely smell the sulfur. You can also BBQ on the terrace while enjoying a foot bath and a drink. It's perfect for a longer stay during your vacation.
