這酒店簡直超乎我的預期酒店方便程度超乎五顆星出門就有吃的逛的煙火氣十足早上有很多人做蟲草交易會比店裡便宜跟多晚上也有賣新鮮蔬菜水果的真的特別新鮮還有本地小吃那個酸奶真的要嘗一下 酒店的隔壁就是一個餐館很乾凈餐館老闆也很好會給你的麪加量還有裏面的蘿蔔菜特別好吃 酒店老闆很熱心啊我們定的是標間他給我們升級成親子房一個特別大的房間還給我們講了下本地的風俗習慣很親切呀 還有一衹拉布拉多特別可愛很親人他叫卡拉

As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!

一家值得全5分的酒店，山南這個地方，超出了我的預期，也讓我從新認識“希爾頓”，這個品牌。 酒店服務，從進門就給人，很贊，很貼心，給人感覺很專業，可以看出來，品牌管理很到位。入住辦理很迅速。還給我們送上了暖暖的紅景天茶。 酒店房間設計很大方，而且人性化，那天晚上睡得很舒服。 酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。 周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。 酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。

I booked this hotel for a three day stay and had an amazing time. The front desk staff and the third-floor restaurant team were incredibly kind, sweet, polite, and respectful. The food was not only super delicious but also reasonably priced. The bathroom and blankets in the room were all spotlessly clean. It’s absolutely worth a visit – I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lhasa who’s struggling to pick a place to stay. You won’t regret booking here.

Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

Pokój był ok. Recepcjonista poinformował nas, że dostaliśmy lepszy pokój, ale stan higieny w pokoju był naprawdę kiepski. Telefon w pokoju był niedostępny, papier toaletowy był w małych rolkach i nigdy nie był uzupełniany po użyciu, więc każdego dnia musiałem schodzić na dół do recepcji, aby sobie pomóc. Dywanik w łazience był brudny pierwszego dnia i nadal był brudny, gdy przyjechaliśmy do hotelu następnego dnia, więc sami wrzuciliśmy go do kosza na odpady nadające się do recyklingu, aby zaznaczyć, że wymaga wymiany. Kiedy wróciliśmy do hotelu trzeciej nocy, wydarzyło się coś zabawnego: obrócili brudną matę podłogową, złożyli ją i powiesili na klamce w łazience.

This stay was exceptionally satisfying. The hotel boasted comprehensive and impeccably maintained facilities, a well-designed room layout, comfortable bedding, and a full range of amenities including bathroom fixtures and appliances. The entire room was equipped with smart technology, making it very convenient to use. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, providing prompt and patient assistance with any issues. The public areas were elegant and clean, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. There were even robots available, and the location was excellent, offering convenient access to transportation. From the facilities to the service, everything was thoughtfully designed, making it a very worthwhile stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone.

特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！

服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，停車場很大，洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便，棒!説真的，以前的亞朵其他城市都是500往上。今年大過年趕上藏曆公曆新年一起過的，300不到。真的很驚喜，我的目的就是扎什倫布寺，這個酒店離寺廟大門幾百米，我也是從寺廟出來走動了，才到這裏歇腳，沒想到太驚喜了，第二天果斷再去爬天梯，路線不知道的可以問前台小姐姐。對了，還有餐廳特別棒，很有本地特色，寫的 “相招”，滿滿的佛學特色。餐廳是有史以來我遇到的最好的。想吃營養的早餐就整堅果，想吃重口味的，他這兒還有涼菜和川菜酥肉。以及毛肚。油炸食品也少不了。這可是藏曆新年初一啊，你們還搞得這麼齊全。這麼卷！
