El hotel está muy bien, es grande y la habitación que nos tocó muy cómoda. El desayuno impresionante de todo y muy rico. Las instalaciones casi que no las usamos por qué el costo del Spa era altísimo y tampoco era muy claro el tema precios y demás. Tampoco es muy clara la entrada al hotel y el estacionamiento, cosas que se mejoran con un par de carteles.

Todo perfecto salvo el parking. Las plazas de la zona superior eran pocas y estaban ocupadas y me mandaron a la zona inferior que está absolutamente aislada, sin ningún tipo de vigilancia, ni siquiera una triste cámara, y a la mañana siguiente me encontré el coche lleno de vómito. Es una zona en la que el coche es fácilmente vandalizable porque está aislada y sin vigilancia.

차가없으면 가기 힘든 곳이지만 차만 있다면 호텔 방에서 보는 경치며 아침식사며 다 좋았다. 또한 립셉션에 계시는 분들도 친절하시고 아침식사를 챙겨 주시는 중년의 아주머니도 참 친절하셨다.

Queríamos un hotel para descansar del camino ya que teníamos 14 horas de viaje y fue un acierto. Personal de recepcion , Alfonso muy amable, habitación amplia y recién reformada . Teníamos un balconcito con dos sillones. La única pega era que no había surtido de higiene,pero un hotel muy agradable para estar en una carretera secundaria.

GGuest UserThe hotel is far from the center and you always depend on the taxi. The staff seems somewhat inexperienced and although they put effort into it, the lack of experience is noticeable. The rooms are very spacious and not noisy at all. The pool is very nice and in general it is a hotel that, although not in the center, is worth visiting.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

Parking is convenient; the hotel has a paid underground parking garage, and parking on the nearby street-side is also possible and should be free. Breakfast is a set menu, simple yet delicious. The hotel lobby offers complimentary snacks and a variety of wines, which are very tasty. The third-floor terrace offers a nice view of the cathedral. The rooms are small; a single room is just right for one person.

NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

GGuest UserThe hotel is fine enough with a good location but very unwelcoming…. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all…. No Hello or anything..  Could not even find the wifi password.  The following morning we saw her again as we were going out for a walk and she was coming in…. Again, no acknowledgement at all…  far different from our last hotel where the receptionist even asks if all is good with us upon seeing us a second time.
