Ideal location. Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event. Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in. Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

Każdy pokój nosi nazwę miasta, co dodaje hotelowi wyjątkowego charakteru. Śniadanie było proste, ale smaczne, w sam raz na dobry początek dnia. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka wygodnego i dobrze zlokalizowanego miejsca na nocleg przed wylotem z lotniska Stansted.

We booked a compact double at an extremely good price so the room was small as expected but it had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and i loved that they served til 10am. I loved the vibrant quirky look of the public areas. Our room overlooked the estuary and was at the end of the corridor. Lovely and warm and relatively quiet My only gripe were the loud fan in the ensuite and the inability to have a softer night light. The nascerator toilet was also very loud . For the money we were delughted with the service , location and amrnities

The swimming pool appeared quite big, although we didn't get a chance to use it. Our room was fairly roomy for two people, but with our group of four, it felt a bit crowded. It's worth noting that if you have heavy luggage, you might want to avoid booking a room on the top floor (second floor), as there are no lifts available in this hotel. The bathroom provided only shampoo and body wash, so you might need to bring or purchase your own conditioner. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Despite anticipating a traditional British offering, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety available, including English hot meals, a salad bar, a selection of cereals (there was Alpen!), milk alternatives (I particularly enjoyed the Oatly), and two coffee machines. Their breakfast was so impressive that I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Colchester next time.

To mój ulubiony hotel na lotnisku Stansted! Pracownicy są zawsze gościnni i mają najlepsze śniadanie, które zaczyna się od 4 rano. Pokoje są wygodne, a prysznic piękny. Do ręczników dołączona jest flanela.

Hotel był dość czysty i wszystko czego potrzebujesz na tanie pobyt w hotelu. Usługa była w porządku. Jest tam Brewers Fayre, gdzie można dostać jedzenie, chociaż nie spróbowaliśmy tego. Należy pamiętać, że musisz zapłacić dodatkową opłatę £ 7.50 dziennie za parking.

Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Hotel was clean, food was good. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, both hot and cold food. Beds were comfortable. Staff could of been friendlier
