I got a cheap twin room the room it self was good but when I looked out the window all i saw was a wall of slate no view at all

Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

Fair & Honest.   Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small. 2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down 3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).    Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers.  3) very friendly holiday makers hotel  4) location

Two days never clean the room 314, inform the cleaner come to clean the room , when come back to the room, nothing done!

solutely amazing hotel ...personel jest tak przyjazny, nic nie było dla nich zbyt trudne, jeśli czegoś potrzebujesz, oni to załatwią, jeśli to możliwe ...jedzenie niesamowite ... bar ma dobre ceny, basen i sauna są tanie, idealne dla rodzin i par .. Zdecydowanie wrócę tam ponownie 3 raz tu nocowałem, jest niesamowicie

Good facilities such as pools and sauna as always, but rare choices of breakfast buffet, stay 4 nights but had to request reception on the first day to third day for tidying up the room

Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people! Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!
