Из минусов: - при бронировании указано, что парковка бесплатная, но она платная - рядом идет стройка, утром вы проснетесь со строителями 😁 - завтрак в соседнем отеле и очень посредственный, даже скажу не вкусный - при заезде, много времени потратили на поиск оплаты в системе отеля - утром было отключение воды вообще

Пока что лучший отель в Батуми, где я останавливалась. Какие там чудесные женщины работают - и менеджер, и шеф, и руководитель хаускипинга, окружили меня заботой! Шеф спрашивала, каких мне блюд на завтраке не хватает! Хороший выбор блюд на завтраке, овощи, творог, мацони, сметана, каждый день новая еда. Прожила в отеле неделю, еда не повторялась. Фрукты хорошего качества. Отель новенький, чистый, свежий ремонт. Тренажеры новые, хорошие. Две дорожки, эллипс, два велотренажёра + оборудование для силовых. В тренажёрном зале большие окна, приятно заниматься с видом на улицу, а не в стену, как это бывает в некоторых отелях. В номере Кондиционер тихо работает, обычно я не могу спать с включенным кондиционером - мешает звук, а тут даже не замечала его. Хороший матрас, прекрасное белье. Размер номера небольшой, но для одной было отлично. Есть балкон. Номер далеко от лифта, как просила, окна выходят в тихий переулок, никакого шума от дороги. Отличный приветливый персонал! Очень доброжелательные, что тоже не так часто в сетевых отелях в Батуми. Старались во всём помочь, не игнорировали просьбы, в общем, очень милыми показались. Отличная локация, рядом парк, море (идти 4 минуты), хорошие недорогие рестораны, достопримечательности. Это центр, всё рядом но не шумно - замечательное расположение. Ещё что понравилось: зона в лобби оборудована розетками и usb портами, можно прийти и работать, если у вас удаленная работа, как у меня. На фото: вид с балкона в одну и другую сторону и лобби.

Потрясающий отель в самом сердце Батуми, напротив площади Европы, в историческом здании с астрономическими часами. Отель сети IHG открылся в конце декабря 2025 года. С первых минут ощущаются забота, внимание персонала и безупречный стиль. Мы проживали с 3 по 7 января в стандартном номере с кроватью king size на 3 этаже, с видом на историческую часть города, площадь и Batumi Tower. Просторный номер с высокими потолками, центральным кондиционированием, очень тёплый и комфортный зимой. В номере: пушистые халаты, мягкие тапочки, гладильная доска и утюг, капсульная кофемашина, чайный набор, стильные бокалы, Smart TV с YouTube, мини-бар (за доплату). Вода пополнялась ежедневно. Уборка — отличная, большое спасибо сотрудникам housekeeping, косметика качественная, при заселении есть гигиенические наборы ( зубные щетки и прочие принадлежности). SPA во время нашего пребывания ещё не работал, но был открыт фитнес-зал. Отдельно отмечу кровать и постельное бельё — спали великолепно. Завтраки сначала были в формате шведского стола (горячие блюда, выпечка, сыры, качественный кофе и чай), позже — по меню: яйца Бенедикт, тосты с лососем или беконом, сырники, панкейки. Сервис на завтраках — на очень высоком уровне. Особо хочется отметить сотрудников ресепшен: все очень доброжелательные, говорят на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, что было очень удобно. Отдельная благодарность ассистенту менеджера Автандилу за внимательное отношение и помощь, такого гостеприимства я еще не видела. Спасибо Нане за поздний выезд. Мы остались полностью довольны отелем и сервисом, обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать друзьям.❤️

SSaumyaleo31We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible. The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Here I would like to thank Trip.com , the overseas hotel department customer service staff of Trip.com have called the hotel many times during the handling of the matter and given us a lot of help.

Everything is within walking distance; all attractions are nearby. It was a bit noisy outside the window in the evenings, but that wasn't due to the hotel itself. The dont have phones in the room so one night I went to the reception to ask for toilet paper because i had finished and they told me they dont have and it would be better if I go to the market to buy one or come next day morning to get one. We are talking about a huge brand with thousands of rooms and I cannot understand how is it possible they dont have toilet paper or why the people attending the reception can not handle small issue this property.

The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee... The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!! When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔 There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.) In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!
