The hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use. The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.

Great stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold. Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)

Excellent stay. Luxury and cleanliness were top notch. Staff was really friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was really scrumptious. The only suggestion i have is to reduce the rates of dinner and lunch buffet, and the rest of the individual food items, it's way too expensive. The portion size is quite small as well. But the rest of the property is very exquisite, clean and beautiful. Must visit one time.

They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. Excellent staff, Krishna from MakeMyTrip helped us to get the access of the pool, as the property we had booked, the pool of that property was under maintenance. So the staff helped us to get the access of the pool of their another property. The hotel provided us with the pick and drop also, the service was too quick. Would highly recommend to book your properties from make my trip. If theirs any issue, the CS Team helps us. In our case Krishna from Makemytrip helped us.

Great location, good price, good food, will visit again

I stayed in Sarovar Portico recently in their suite room.. They had upgraded my booking from deluxe room to suite room without any charges. Food was really good.. all the staffs were caring and supportive. Room service and cleanliness was great. Highly recommended hotel👍🏻😊 Thankyou..
