Piękny hotel z uroczymi pokojami. Jedzenie mogłoby być lepsze i smaczniejsze. Basen jest zbyt płytki i bardzo ciepły. Worki z piaskiem na plaży nie były przyjemnym widokiem.

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.

At the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to both Robinson and Ruchira!! I was on BB basis and the breakfast was very good! And unlike other places where they offer chicken bacon these guys had the good stuff! Thanks

Very clean and next to sea hotel. Service at restaurant can be improved, waiters are plenty but no one sees that guest request are fulfilled they merely become messenger pass the request to another in the end no one has the responsibility.

Большой отель! Были не в сезон. Но с погодой повезло. Номер достался большой, но в торце корпуса и наш 'якобы” балкончик представлял собой два стула на грязном куске бетона, причем за пляжным туалетом. Так как мы были 2 ночи, не стали возмущаться. Сначала положили два полотенца - остальные пришлось просить. Завтраки хорошие, так как много пакетников, то пообедать самостоятельным туристам в ресторане это целое приключение - отдельный заказ вводит персонал в ступор и ждать супер долго. Развлечений в отеле вечерами мы не застали. И в округе ничего нет. В шаговой доступности 1 ресторан (на 3+) и все. Если бы мы приехали сюда больше чем на пару ночей я бы была расстроена - честно. И это мы были на машине, могли самостоятельно доехать хотя бы до супермаркета. Кальян в отеле не берите - он ужасен.

Następnego wieczoru, ciśnienie wody było znowu słabe, więc żądam, żebym ustawił ciśnienie na 4 dni dziennie przed prysznicem. Więc poduszka jest czarna ...... Zrobiłem to przez dwa dni pod rząd, więc ciśnienie wody się poprawiło, więc mogę sprawdzić. Powiem ci stąd. To może być różnica kulturowa, ale chciałbym wiedzieć, czy poduszka gościa będzie czarna. Trip.com (************) Brak usług prania, darmowe wynajem rowerów, konwersja walut i tak dalej. Położenie jest wygodne przed morzem. 10 〜 Byłem w mieście 20 minut pieszo, ale obawiałem się psa włóczęgowego w nocy (Spałem w dzień, ale był bardzo wyluzowany w nocy, ale był aktywny ......) musiałem używać hamulca za każdym razem. Właściwie to nieźle, ale naprawdę martwię się o prysznic. Wszyscy pracownicy starali się rozwiązać problem i wysłuchać ich prośb. Ale angielski jest słaby, więc musisz być cierpliwy.

總體很不錯，酒店的服務很貼心，衞生也挺好，海邊風景不錯，就是烏鴉很多，搶食物以及吵，早上很早就開始叫，這個區域烏鴉很多！海灘還可以捉小魚

Siamo stati qui due notti, la famiglia è molto disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo anche fatto qui colazione, hanno un salone comune al piano terra dove ad ogni camera/gruppo viene servita. Le stanze sono in buono stato ma sulla pulizia si può fare di meglio, soprattutto nel bagno.
