5/5 Excellent I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers some of the best dining options available. A special mention goes to Miss Rubial, whose service truly stood out. She is incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She communicates with customers in such a respectful and pleasant manner, takes the time to understand their needs, and ensures everything is taken care of accordingly. Her dedication to excellent customer service made my stay truly memorable. I would confidently rate Miss Rubial 10/10 for her exceptional service, and the property 10/10 for its quality and overall experience. Thank you, Miss Rubial, for making my stay so special!

Overall it was a good experience. Fortunately we get a big discount by Trip Mobile app. We feel so lucky to have it. it's really good but one thing I must mention that on my last day after complaining of noises about construction just for couple of minutes it stopped but then it's all started again. I delightful to be there as it was our last minute discussion about to move here We pay for mental health and relax but unfortunately we don't find it on last day. But overall it's amazing experience hopefully in near future again Karachi Marriott hotel will share there exclusive discount rates offer again for udm

Service was very good, internet was excellent, all the food included was good.  The bed was comfortable, location is well secured and isn't far from Dolmen Mall. Airport shuttle was punctual too. Cleaning was good but the carpets are pretty gross and should be changed. Nonetheless, it was a very satisfying stay.

The room was larger than I thought. There was a bit of an issue with the hot/cold water tap, but the hotel staff was very helpful and quickly got it fixed. Everyone was very polite as well. Overall my stay was pleasant.

MMRD 786An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and World-Class Service After starting my family visit in Karachi at another hotel, I decided to move to the Karachi Marriott for a four-day extension, and it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful the property is and the warm, professional atmosphere.   The culinary experience was easily a highlight of my trip. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the buffet dinners at Rosana were simply beautiful, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. As it was my first visit, I was kindly granted access to the Executive Lounge, where the food and drinks were lovely and provided a perfect space to relax. I am certain I’ve put on a few kilograms because everything was so delicious!   What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and clearly take pride in their work. I would like to give a special mention to  Moeezah Front Reception,  Sadia Restaurant,  Neeshan Concierge  and Fizan housekeeping  who all went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Their exceptional hospitality made me feel right at home.   I cannot recommend the Karachi Marriott enough for anyone visiting the city. I will definitely be returning!

The Staff was very helpful and management was also super supportive.  The overall cleanliness was maintained regularly but current rains made the entire environment very smelly and muddy. Hotel could use strong cleaning agents with fragrance but chose standard quality that made the experience a bit tatty.

KKhalidStay at Avari towers Karachi was an excellent experience, it was our first time staying at this facility the hotel location is at center of down town Karachi. Staff at the hotel and receptionists were humble and always there to help you out, particularly Ms. Rishna and Fashiuddin. All the best restaurants in town are located within the hotel facility. Surely a must facility to try if you are travelling to Karachi.

GGuest UserWe decided to stay in Karachi Pakistan as we have been travelling extensively and it was a stopover on our way home towards Australia from Europe.  We chose the Pearl Continental as it had very good reviews on service and security. The hotel has 4 restaurants with a very good choice of cuisines. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. On check-in we were upgraded to an Executive room which was very spacious and comfortable.  The hotel is showing signs of age and is due for a revamp but the rooms are still very comfortable.  Karachi isn’t really a tourist destination but we enjoyed our stay and hired a driver for the day to see the sights. Thank you Pearl Continental for making us Australian Tourists so welcome.

TTSandraI had selected this hotel for my mother and her brother who were traveling to Karachi from Lahore, as claimed by them the hotel was clean, friendly staff and well maintained place, Avari in Lahore has been a family favorite for us and visiting beach luxury hotel shows that they have maintained their brand and their name up to the mark, its old and considered a heritage hotel at the same time but it has been well taken care off over the years as witnessed, food was good and the stay for my family was relaxing as they had travelled a long distance which was tiring for them but they say they had rested very well at the hotel.
