Otelin konumu ve imkanlar olarak çok iyi. Bir tarafı avm diğer tarafı Serdivan Merkez. Kahvaltı ***et iyi derecede. Çalışan dövmeli bir genç arkadaş var kahvaltıda bence full performans o kadar nizami düzenli ve çalışkan bir insan çok az gördüm. Sessiz ve genel olarak temizdi. Kaldığım odanın klozeti düşmek üzere. Oda kontrolünü gözle yapmak odanın sağlığı için yeterli olmuyor diyebiliriz.

The location was perfect, there were so many restaurants nearby and the taxi station too!! Breakfast was not like expected. The rooms was without windows which was unexpected too!! But overall I recommend it to anyone.

Hemen yanındaki Violin Garden'de bir düğüne katıldığımızın gecesi için bundan iyi bir konaklama konumu olamazdı. Kaldığımız oda temizdi, yeterli donanımı vardı ve göl manzaralıydı; ama 2 kişi için biraz küçüktü, tek koltukluydu, tuvalette temizlık fırçası yoktu. Resepsiyondakiler her konuda çok ilgiliyi, ve yardımcı oldular. Göl kenarındaki sabah kahvaltısı mekanı çok güzeldi; hem şeşit hem de miktar olarak bitirilebilcek gibi değildi; ama aldığımız latte kahve hesabımıza adisyon olarak geçti, ikram olabilirdi. Konaklayanlar için bu kadar küçük hesaplar peşinde olmamları lazım.

Menginap 4 malam disini saat mengunjungi anak. Secara umum sangat baik. Sarapannya enak, untuk kopi pesan dulu dan langsung dibuatkan. Pelayanannya baik dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan terminal bis. Saat check out juga dibantuin untuk pesan taksi. Terima kasih.

Yastıkları çok kalın ve sert’ti. Geceyarısı dayanamayıp resepsiyondan başka yastık istedim, fakat bana yastıkların hepsi aynı olduğu söylenildi. Sabaha karşıda yan odanın televizyon sesinden uyuyamadım, sanki bizim odanın televizyonu açıkmış gibi net sesi geliyordu.

Very Good

We had a wonderful stay at New Balturk Villas Sapanca from March 20–22. Traveling as two families (4 adults and 2 kids), the experience was overall fantastic. The villa’s hilltop location offers stunning views of Sapanca Lake, the surrounding hills, and the nearby teleferik. Although it was foggy most of the time during our stay, we could easily imagine how spectacular the scenery must be on a clear day. One of the highlights was the heated pool—we absolutely loved it. Despite the cold weather and light drizzle, we were able to enjoy the pool even at night while using our personal grill, which made for a memorable experience. The property also features an outdoor BBQ grill, fire pit, and lawn furniture. However, due to the rain, these were wet and unusable. It would be great if the management could store the BBQ setup, fire pit, and cushions indoors during wet weather. In terms of amenities, most things were well taken care of, but we did feel that the number of towels and slippers provided was insufficient for a 3-bedroom villa. Overall, a great stay with beautiful views and excellent facilities—just a few small improvements would make it perfect.

Apart from the price, which is mildly higher than average, it was a very excellent experience, especially for us as couples and a baby, even great for couples without children. It was beautiful place, especially with the private inside jacuzzi, and small room for children to play. Worth to mention, we got the option with the breakfast and dinner included, both were good, liked the breakfast more. In this option, it was nice that they have a snack time in the afternoon, which was a good thing if you do not want to have a heavy meal/launch.

They are a truly attentive establishment. They called and checked on us because we were late. The bungalows are very clean, we liked them very much. We made a reservation from Manisa for our honeymoon. The location is beautiful. Thank you very much for everything, we hope to see you again.

The staff was incredibly great and helpful. The suit was clean and fitted me, my wife, and our two kids perfectly. All our requests were made very quickly. The breakfast was more than good; it was perfect because of the staff’s smiles and helpfulness.
