Real good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

L’hôtel est hyper sympa, beaucoup de petits efforts et détails sont apportés pour faire plaisir au voyageur. C’est juste son emplacement qui n’est pas idéal, situé dans une zone reculée, mais si vous avez besoin d’une étape sur cette route, il est vraiment top.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other places I have stayed, but it was ok. I liked that the air conditioner was not right next to the bed and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Also it was great to be able to get a cup of tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was great and everything was at the right temperature. The little store part was great too. I forgot a razor and was able to buy one.

JJon GreenerWe drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am.
The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

AAdlayneThe staff was great and very helpful. The Hotel was really clean, lobby, elevators and rooms all immaculate. It was a great nights sleep and checkout was very simple. I was having problems with my app for this Hotel chain, and the front desk was patient and very helpful. We were able to get it fixed and get points awarded. I will definitely be staying here again.

ZZIJIEIn the salt lake city area, the hotel is more cost-effective and suitable for business travelers. Parking is convenient and there are many choices at the nearby gas station. However, salt lake city is really a very clean place.

GGuest UserThe hotel has free parking. If you rent a car, it is very convenient to return the car to the airport. I called the hotel front desk after I returned Avis' car at the airport. After a few minutes, the hotel's airport shuttle picked me up from the airport. This efficiency is a must in the United States. The room was very fast, the hotel also had a gym and a small swimming pool, which should have some. If it is a rest for one night, it is very suitable to leave the next day. recommend!

GGuest UserI was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!

GGuest UserI arrived at the airport at nearly 8pm on September 25th and waited for nearly 2 hours according to the designated pick-up location A7 on the hotel's official website. During the waiting period, I contacted the hotel by phone but could not get a definite answer. Finally, I got the pick-up location with the help of Salt Lake City Airport personnel. Has been changed to 3B. The hotel is requested to change the connection location on the official website as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble to other passengers. Excluding the issue of incorrect information on the official website, the hotel room is very comfortable and clean. There is a microwave in the room, which is convenient for heating food. The service staff at breakfast are very polite, especially a male waiter who is very polite and the service is great!
