„Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them.”

„The Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia is a modern, new hotel with fantastic amenities. The fitness center is great, offering a wide range of machines and treadmills perfect for a solid workout. Breakfast is included and served at the adjoining Boston Pizza, where guests order from a menu—standouts include the classic breakfast with eggs cooked any style, a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, three toast options, and crispy home fries. The rooms are clean and modern, and the open-concept lobby provides lots of comfortable seating. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Guests can also enjoy access to the second-floor pool, though it can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to people passing through the halls. The only drawback was the air conditioning units in both my room and a friend’s, which were noticeably loud at night.”

„We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, they had issues checking us in as the booking was made through trip.com which went through *******. Somehow they figured it out later. The room was spacious, clean. They provided room services every day except for one day when they were understaffed. Shower has only half door so be ready for some splashes. I recommend bringing your own body wash (they provide soap which is hard to wash off) and shampoo. People who can't sleep with noise in the room, should consider their options. Air conditioning is super loud (like factory machine) , it constantly woke us up at night, there is no option to open a window instead. Breakfasts are always the same, not a single thing changes: fried/boiled eggs, sausages, pork?cutlets, pancakes, apples, oatmeal, bread. The dining room was always overcrowded, the space should be at least twice as big. Sometimes we came and there was no food, so we had to wait for someone to come and bring food (they don't have a person there on a regular basis). I can't say our experience was bad, but it was not great either.”

„The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up. The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.”

„A disappointed experience at all, especially if you say it is Marriott’s. We were having the traditional room with King bed, the shower curtain is only until half of the calf leg, it makes the water anywhere in the bathroom. The toilet flush was not stronger enough, you will have to flush second time or even third time to say bye to popo. The bed is small at all, I don’t think its a King size bed. The TV doesn’t work to cast your YouTube or Netflix and its said it can. Anyway, it have nespresso machine so you still can have some of the coffee. I would say people who saw this review, thats not necessarily to pay extra one-third for Marriott, its nothing on standard, just go for xxx IN in nearby, much more cheaper, bathroom is separating dry space from moist space, and includes breakfast. I paid almost $500 and just satisfied for cups of coffee.”

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China. Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price? Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

Came to Toronto for a conference and booked this apartment a few days in advance. It wasn't cheap and didn't include breakfast, but I chose it for its proximity. I didn't have high expectations, but after checking in, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's on the 44th floor, the highest level with a balcony, and the sky is directly overhead – the view is perfect! I just felt the safety could be a bit better, as it's completely open.

The location was fantastic. The bath quickly warmed up, allowing me to thaw out from the cold. It was easy to get to Table Rock, Rainbow Bridge, and the fireworks display area.

The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

The hotel's hardware facilities are fine, but the front desk service... I hope they hire more staff with a better service mindset. I owed just over 67 yuan for the hotel fee and gave 70, so I should have gotten more than two yuan back. I was really tired and just wanted to go back to my room to rest since it was late at night. Then this classic conversation ensued: Her: ”There's just over one yuan left, do you want your change?” Me: ”Yes, please.” (I just wanted to go rest quickly) Her: ”Do you want the cash now?” Me: ”OK.” Her: ”Can I give it to you when you check out?” Me: ”OK.” (I really just wanted to end the conversation) Her: ”Can I just not give it to you? It's only a bit over one yuan.” Me: ”OK.” (So tired, and hadn't even eaten yet) Her: ”OK”
