Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

Szczególne podziękowania dla pracownicy o imieniu Yezi! Była niesamowicie pomocna. Od momentu zameldowania proaktywnie rozumiała nasze potrzeby, niezależnie od tego, czy polecała pobliskie restauracje, wprowadzała drobne zmiany w pokojach, czy też spełniała nieoczekiwane prośby – zawsze była bardzo uważna i szybka. Zawsze miała uśmiech na twarzy, a jej przyjazne i profesjonalne podejście sprawiło, że cały nasz pobyt był łatwy i przyjemny, niczym troskliwa przyjaciółka, która się nami opiekowała. Dzięki Yezi nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo udany i niezapomniany; naprawdę zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę! Ponadto, ogólna obsługa hotelu była na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje były czyste i schludne, dobrze wyposażone, śniadanie oferowało szeroki wybór, a recepcja była bardzo sprawna podczas wymeldowania. Wielkie podziękowania dla całego zespołu za ciężką pracę, dzięki której mamy tak wspaniałe wspomnienia! Z pewnością wybiorę ten hotel ponownie następnym razem i gorąco polecam go każdemu.

Taki klejnot w Liuzhou, dobre miejsce, niesamowity widok i najlepsze usługi kiedykolwiek od concierge, przedniego biura, domowego i tak dalej. Nigdy nie będziesz żałował, że tu zostałeś. Pobyt uczynił naszą całą podróż tak niezapomnianą.

Great location if shopping centres and city life is your thing but the street noise may be disturbing. Very standard amenities, small pool with no view, large gym, a sauna that took ages to heat up, needs upgrade/fixing. Great breakfast buffer with wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall a 4* experience, as expected, so no major +/- issues. If you want a 5* accomodation at not different price point other options are available in Nanning. I had very good experience with Ming-Du, not as central locationl as Marriott, but quieter, better views, and overall a more elevated environment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Liuzhou, and let me tell you, their in-room steak dinner was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was honestly one of the best steak meals I've ever had, and the fact that I got to enjoy it in the comfort of my own hotel room made it even better! The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Liuzhou. But that steak... wow! If you're a steak lover like me, do NOT miss the opportunity to try it during your stay!

It's literally the nicest hotel in the area despite being expensive. Our room overlooked the sunset and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home.Special thanks to Jackson, who made the stay perfect and was helpful every step of the way! I'll definitely come back. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect was the hotel's quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. There were no sounds of traffic or construction to distract or annoy us, and that was a pleasant change from our normal routine. We are happy to recommend to everyone that they book their next stay for rest and recreation at the Nan Ning Shangri-La Hotel. By the way, the hotel's location is very convenient as it is central to shopping, restaurants and recreation venues. Aurelia, Jessica, Eileen, Doris, and Iris are great.

Located opposite a pretty lake, nice for a walk, the hotel is good for leisure and business travellers. The rooms are large and well equipped. The shower was particularly nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Fortunately I was with my Chinese speaking partner otherwise check in may have been a longer process. The breakfast was also fine but more orientated to local audience - albeit there is bread, fruit, eggs. Coffee at breakfast is not so good.

The parking experience is very poor. The merchant did not inform that two parking cards need to be taken for two days. Although I filled in the parking information date, I filled in the day I left the hotel and didn’t fill in for two days, so the front desk gave me one, but I didn’t know I needed two parking cards. Merchants should be obliged to ask the guests to stay for a few days and stop for a few days before giving the corresponding parking card. They are all here to play and you are newly opened hotels. I believe most of them are the first time to stay in your hotel. How do you not remind the guests how to know? Instead of waiting for the guests to drive out of the parking lot, the security said that they needed two parking cards. We looked at it and wanted to go back to the front desk. The parking lot was big and I didn’t know how to go around and it was troublesome. The security attitude was not good and very awkward. We said to go back and get another one. Then because the parking lot did not find the way back to the hotel, I decided to forget it. I made up 30 yuan to go out. The security saw that we didn't take the parking card when we came back. It was very disdainful to look at the tone and say that it was not to go back and get an extra parking card? We travelled to DongXing as a family of 4 and stay at the best available hotel here. This is by far the best DongXing has to offer. The rooms is very spacious and clean. This is the 2nd time we had stayed at Ramada Plaza. The location is perfect for travel over to Vietnam as its only a couple of mins walk away. And a big plus as we're right by the main shopping area of DongXing. Lots of cuisines to choose from and fantastic value for money. Will be back sometime in the next couple of yrs with visa ready to cross over to Japan. A final note is the view from our rooms. Vietnam right on the other side.

Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious. The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos. The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process. My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it. I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good. The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!
