The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

My z przyjacielem przechodziliśmy przez Zagrzeb i potrzebowaliśmy podstawowych noclegów, aby pobyć jedną noc. Uważaliśmy, że ten hostel może być w porządku, z prywatnym pokojem dwóch łóżek jest dość przystępna opcja. Staff był bardzo przyjazny, a udogodnienia były dobre dla tego, czego można oczekiwać dla hostelu. Jedynym problemem było to, że ledwo mogliśmy spać z powodu pomieszczenia, które jest bezpośrednio na zajętej ulicy, nie mogliśmy zamknąć okien z powodu ekstremalnego ciepła i ich nie było AC dostarczony w pokoju, tylko mały wentylator. Zalecałoby to miejsce w pinch, ale jeśli masz budżet na pewno lepiej pozostać w innym miejscu.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy obok głównej stacji autobusowej. Staff był niesamowicie mile widziany i przyjazny, dali mi nawet dodatkowe poduszki na życzenie. Pokój był dożywotny, prysznic był mały, a widok wyszł na słodki podwórek. Opcje śniadania były fantastyczne i często powracały na drugą część.

Nice and clean. AC working, TV. Great location. Room could be on third floor without elevator.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Zagreb. The room was comfy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location’s great – easy walk to the main sights. Would definitely stay here again!

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

Hilton is a famous hotel but i met the poor services : 1-I book 3 days hotel on Aug 9-12,2025. But i cancel booking on aug 6-9,2025 due to paper error and your sides has already cancelled on mid May.However, if you have any queries, you can discuss with me on the first day.But the hotel staff find me in the evening on the third day . How can i enough time to find and solve it. It maybe definitely effected my trip at that time. 2-No cleaning lady come to my room cleaning and tidy up at the second and third day. 3-I borrowed the computer adapter from the male reception staff in the evening but he said no. However, i can borrow from the female supervisor on next day. Why??? This is my unhappy trip
