Do tego hotelu zwabili nas influencerzy, którzy chwalą go za majestatyczny wygląd, przypominający tradycyjny chiński zamek. Chociaż lokalizacja nie do końca nam odpowiadała, ponieważ znajduje się około 8-10 minut spacerem od najbliższej stacji metra (Nanmen Metro), cena była na tyle przystępna i kusząca, że ​​postanowiliśmy spróbować. Fasada hotelu z daleka wygląda wspaniale, majestatycznie i przestronnie, wnętrze jest ogromne i tradycyjnie zadbane, chociaż projekt wydaje się nieco przestarzały, ale moim zdaniem nadal zachowuje klasę i tradycję. Przydzielono nam jeden z najdalszych pokoi, aż do końca, pod numerem 5069. Droga była dość długa, ponieważ hotel znajdował się na samym końcu. Pokój jest zdecydowanie duży i umożliwia otwarcie wszystkich bagaży za jednym razem. Dostępne udogodnienia były wystarczające, z wyjątkiem tego, że mogliby poprawić ofertę, dodając więcej żelu pod prysznic i szamponu, ponieważ małe butelki nie wystarczały. Mieliśmy również nadzieję, że mogliby zainstalować międzynarodowe wtyczki dla swoich gości z zagranicy, ponieważ jest to również międzynarodowa sieć hotelowa. Personel był uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Polecam każdemu, kto przyjeżdża do Suzhou, aby dał temu hotelowi chociaż jedną szansę! The room was clean and just nice for a short stay, thank hotel for upgraded my rooms. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet when I first checked in, but after informing the front desk, they immediately arranged a room change without any hassle. I really appreciate their prompt service recovery. Room although is smoke free but still able to smell it from outside and flow to the room.

Very great..... just exactly outside of Yancheng high speed railway station but room were soundproof.... hadn't expected that much spacious room in such cheap price...friendly staff.....would recommend to everyone

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nie rezerwowałem pokoju w tym hotelu podczas tegorocznego Festiwalu Kwitnącej Wiśni, ale w końcu zarezerwowałem pokój po festiwalu, zatrzymałem się na dwie noce z rzędu i naprawdę mi się podobało. Personel powitalny hotelu zwraca uwagę na etykietę, gościnność i proaktywną obsługę. Jichangxuan to chińska restauracja w hotelu. Dania są bardzo wykwintne i wysokiej klasy, a otoczenie jest eleganckie. Osoby lubiące hałasować nagle ucichną. Dla tych, którzy mają apetyt, są tutaj wszystkie Wuxi Three Whites. Spróbuj raz, bo to najbardziej autentyczne miejsce. Recepcja zorganizowała mój pokój z widokiem na jezioro Taihu. Krajobraz był przyjemny, widok był szeroki, powietrze było świeże, ptaki śpiewały, a kwiaty pachniały. To była naprawdę wielka przyjemność. W hotelu znajduje się herbaciarnia, w której każdy może się dobrze bawić. Istnieją również wysokiej klasy sklepy z odzieżą niestandardową. Kiedy wybierasz się do Wuxi, musisz zatrzymać się w hotelu Wuxi Taihu. Jest to dla Ciebie dobry wybór.

The hotel location was great and the service was good too. I stayed at the 2nd floor near the reception and it was very quiet surprisingly. Being near the laundry room was great too. The only downside is the weak wifi but the receptionist did suggest to help me fix it. It was fine with me since i bought an esim. Would recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel over a weekend, and it was completely sold out (fully booked). Having lived in Nanjing previously, I know this hotel is quite famous, but I honestly cannot understand the five-star rating. The room wasn't dirty, but it was incredibly poorly maintained. The lobby is gorgeous, and the first-floor restrooms gave me the impression that the whole place would be pure luxury, but the room itself was, at best, a three-star experience. The issues were clear: The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture was scuffed and worn, the ceiling was very dirty, and the sink was separating from the counter. The hotel needs a massive, urgent renovation to truly justify calling itself a five-star establishment! The location is excellent, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness. The front desk staff was very cordial and polite. However, I sent a message via the Ctrip app before my stay, and it was never answered. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a ”lake view” on the 23rd floor. Frankly, it was nothing special. The windows were not exactly clean on the outside, and the view didn't impress me. I appreciate the hotel for the upgrade, but much more improvement is needed. Hotel prices in Nanjing are quite high, especially the weekend I stayed due to the marathon. However, paying 355 yuan for a ok hotel was not worth it; I should have spent a little more for a place with newer facilities and better aesthetics. I've stayed in many hotels across China, and I can guarantee this one is nowhere near a true five-star rating. I thank the kind staff for their service, but the management needs to address the urgent maintenance issues. P.S. Oh, and for those who don't speak Chinese, watch out for those master switches! (Last pic) I pressed one before bed and all the lights went off, and I thought, ”Wow, that's handy! One switch to turn off everything in the room, I like it.” Turns out, that switch didn't just turn off the lights—it cut all power to the room. So, our phones were completely dead when we woke up in the morning! 🤡

The room is good, the overall environment is elegant, the lighting is very good, the living is safe and comfortable, the front desk service is very warm, I feel warm. The hotel is very convenient to travel in the city center, there are many delicious Huaiyang dishes around.

Front desk staff are helpful and have good attitudes. Room cleansing is mediocre. Worst part:(1) consistently smelling toilet - probably structural problem with sewage. Had asked hotel staff to fix. (2) fire escape doors are constantly open - had asked front desk staff to close for safety reason. (3) MeiTun delivery staff are allowed to deliver to room by using cards placed in front desk - no security at all.
