Fasada hotelu z daleka wygląda wspaniale, majestatycznie i przestronnie, wnętrze jest ogromne i tradycyjnie zadbane, chociaż projekt wydaje się nieco przestarzały, ale moim zdaniem nadal zachowuje klasę i tradycję. Przydzielono nam jeden z najdalszych pokoi, aż do końca, pod numerem 5069. Droga była dość długa, ponieważ hotel znajdował się na samym końcu. Pokój jest zdecydowanie duży i umożliwia otwarcie wszystkich bagaży za jednym razem. Dostępne udogodnienia były wystarczające, z wyjątkiem tego, że mogliby poprawić ofertę, dodając więcej żelu pod prysznic i szamponu, ponieważ małe butelki nie wystarczały. Mieliśmy również nadzieję, że mogliby zainstalować międzynarodowe wtyczki dla swoich gości z zagranicy, ponieważ jest to również międzynarodowa sieć hotelowa. Personel był uprzejmy i profesjonalny. The room was clean and just nice for a short stay, thank hotel for upgraded my rooms. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet when I first checked in, but after informing the front desk, they immediately arranged a room change without any hassle. I really appreciate their prompt service recovery. Room although is smoke free but still able to smell it from outside and flow to the room.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

After long journey , I could sleep very very well in the Sofitel in Lianyuangang. The front was very kindly and gentle in all the aspect. Location was great with amazing breakfast, also just hotel downstairs has the Starbucks. .in Lianyuangang , Sofitel will be my favourite hotel to staying.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

Our stay was amazing! Carrie and Labelle supported me all the time and did a great job helping to surprise my husband for his birthday! They decorated the room very early in the morning and even the room was cleaned up again on our check-out day! This small things matter, and it is a great attitude from the hotel and its management when the employees are willing to do extra for customers comfort! The breakfast was amazing and the lounge also. Great view to the Jinji lake and the Gate of Orient. Kids club is well equipped. We loved Crown Plaza and will come back again.

Newly opened shop, no taste. Environment, health and service are good. There are a lot of food nearby, Huaiyang cuisine and lobster can be tasted. Next to Heyuan, I didn't go in. I took a look at the hotel balcony and it was pretty good. You can go in and go around next time. It took about 5 minutes to walk to Pishi Street. At night, there were a lot of people who went to turn around, but there was nothing to buy. Take a taxi to the Grand Canal Museum and Slender West Lake is also a starting price, which is quite convenient. The Huaiyang Cuisine Museum is also good, it is now charged, remember that the first time you come is still free. Overall it is worth staying!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities, fully meeting the high standards expected from an IHG hotel. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire city and the subway station is just a few steps away, making transportation extremely convenient. Special thanks to 小谢 for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay, as well as to the gentleman who kindly guided us during breakfast in the executive lounge.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
