Bardzo dobry hotel, wspaniałe śniadanie i personel restauracji bardzo pomocny z własnej inicjatywy. Trochę mówiono po angielsku, i to pomimo faktu, że byłem prawdopodobnie pierwszym gościem w Wielkiej Brytanii od czasu zniesienia ograniczeń związanych z pandemią. Kryty basen to świetna zabawa dla mojej żony, jej rodziny i ich dzieci, z jednym członkiem personelu, który jest wyjątkowo dobry. Świetna lokalizacja w odległości spaceru, pod osłoną, na lotnisko, pociąg dużych prędkości i metro. Mogę gorąco polecić i chętnie zarezerwuję ponownie w przyszłości.

Great location. Very clean. The staff was friendly. One thing which could be improved is to prevent the water in the shower from draining directly to the washroom floor.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Stayed with an infant, specifically booked a non smoking room and despite confirming it at the front desk upon check in, we were given a smoking room. Apparently they're all the same except that it's cleaned before hand, strong smells still linger. The shower drain was partially blocked, water overflowed meaning unable to take a proper shower. AC was not the strongest as it couldn't cool the room to our desired temperature. Otherwise clean and convenient location near the train station.

Excellent stay with exceptional service. The front desk team (Liu Xin Ke, An Xu, and Li Yongxing) was warm, efficient, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they consistently offered thoughtful assistance throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our trip truly enjoyable. 威海是一個乾淨安逸的小城市。房間在那香海景區裏面。離沙灘很近，走兩步就到海邊。還有露天温泉可以泡澡，找小夥還能打折。管家服務周到，詳細的旅遊攻略、入住指南，還有海鮮美食非常不錯！

Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it. If you’re traveling from overseas, message the hotel through your booking and share your WeChat ID, they’ll contact you directly to arrange airport pickup.
