„Everything is clean and tidy, kitchen is huge and there is enough coffee and tea for everyone. Favourite spot is the gym room, there’s even a rack and heavy lifting is possible ;)) Location is quite convenient, very close to transport and there is a Sushi restaurant right next to the hotel which close until 10 pm, recommend for solo travelling or couple ;).. a really nice place.”

„As the hotel is not circled around lunch and restaurants I would’ve appreciated better opening hours and more lunch options in the cafe at the hotel. Seems like it as a hotel mainly for partnering firms where they was served food all day but for the rest of us it was a bit off. Great view that I had been looking forward to but after a booking mistake I ended up in a street view and the wheelchair adapted rooms. I got annoyed by every service request was followed by a charge: checking in 30 min early - charge. Changing room to a regular room - charge. Changing room to a sea view - charge. I’m used to more flexibility…”

„Ogólnie jest OK. Nie ma transportu publicznego wokół hotelu. Można dojechać z hotelu na lotnisko tylko autobusem wahadłowym, który kursuje co 15-20 minut, a podróż trwa około 7 minut. However, it closes a bit early — breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, which may feel slightly rushed for guests who prefer a more relaxed morning. The room is comfortable and warm, which is especially important during cold weather. Bathroom amenities are mostly complete, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be a nice addition for a hotel at this level. „The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. There was a hair dryer but no kettle.food choices in the buffet breakfast were reasonably rich. As an airport hotel, it has a checkin kiosk in the lobby.”

The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. „the location was fantastic. many tourists must visits are in walking distance and the viking line ferry’s port is literally under 5 minutes away. both grocery stores nearby were good. the room was clean, spacious and quiet. the water pressure was great and the tab water tasted amazing. the check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. my room had the building wall view because it’s facing the other direction than the sea front, which was the only underwhelming thing i wished was better. overall excellent stay.”

Great location, with windows overlooking greenery, and within walking distance of downtown attractions. The hotel's overall design aesthetic is spot on. The in-room facilities are new and very functional, and the shower pressure is excellent. The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The check in was fast. The room was clean and the location is also near to the airport. For the services. They also have the shuttle bus from hotel to airport which is very convinient to those who are travelers and need to stay near the airport without hussle.

Our assigned rooms had a terrible location. They were on the second floor, which isn't even directly accessible by elevator. You have to go up to the third floor first, walk a long way across a connecting bridge to another building, and then go down to the second floor. We had two rooms, one for my parents and one for us with the kids, and both were given these inconvenient rooms. Hauling luggage around was a real hassle! The view from the window was just a parking lot, no scenery whatsoever, which was completely different from what was shown in the promotional photos. However, the hotel's overall location is good, right in the lively city center, and the breakfast was also decent!

We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.

Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.
