Zdecydowanie zarezerwujemy ponownie!
😒, a on pyta mnie: „Skąd wiem, że zapłaciłem w drugą noc 🙄?”, prosi o okazanie wyciągu online w mojej bankowości elektronicznej !?!?!?
To jedna z najgorszych usług, z mojego doświadczenia.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before getting on our cruise .
Reception staff were lovely .Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony . Bathroom had been refurbished and was modern . Breakfast was good and they had a good variety of everything .
Rooftop bar overlooking the acropolis was a hit for us we sat there at the end of the evenings with a beautiful drink made by the excellent bar tenders .
If you want value for money in a great location this hotel is for you .

Very nice hotel with great rooms and excellent location. The restaurant has a great range of food and all of the dishes we had were fantastic. The view of the restaurant is also great, highly recommend booking the restaurant table with good views of the Acropolis.
The breakfast variety is limited but nice quality.
Overall it's highly recommended and we really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely hotel, with clean and stylish rooms. There is always someone on site, should you need anything. The roof top pool was definitely a win on those hot sunny days. We stayed for 6 nights, the location is very central and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go whilst visiting the city.

Wyposażenie pokoi i pościel odpowiadają standardom hotelu pięciogwiazdkowego.

Very Good
SSHAI 11One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything is excellent, from the location, the facilities, the rooms, the staff, to the breakfast, and above all, the highest level of service I've ever encountered. Highly recommended and I will undoubtedly return here on my next visit to Athens.
JJinjidelanlanEverything about the hotel was great. The hygiene was good, the front desk was always staffed, and the facilities were excellent and new. The only issue was the neighborhood; around dusk, there were a lot of suspicious-looking people near the city center, which is a major safety concern in Athens due to serious theft and robbery. However, as long as you're careful and return before dark, it's fine. I really liked the hotel itself. There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views.
TTAN1. Love it clean, quiet, quiant, side view of sea and port or small marina (can't tell at night because we checked in late night and left very early the next morning). But lovely. Wish had time to walk. 2. Clean room. 3. When we arrived and saw the dinner buffet which looked good, regretted not getting the half board. But we ordered from their restaurant a la carte menu and it was delicious! 4. One thing to improve is to cover the light on the aircon and the light on the TV, we could find no way to switch off the TV. We are light sleepers so the light which may not disturb others disturbed us a little bit but we put black tape over the TV but could not climb high up to aircon. 5. Too bad we did not have time to use gym or have breakfast there - another regret but front desk Evi helped arrange a breakfast bag for us to take away. If you're checking out early like us, ask for breakfast bags to take away and they gladly oblige. However, food in the breakfast bag is not as nice as having breakfast in the hotel :( I saw none of the items reviewers talked about but I told myself it is ok because they packed before breakfast hours. To get our money's worth, I must eat their breakfast in future.
KkathereanThe hotel is conveniently located and quiet, with modern decor and great value for money. Getting around is a breeze with easy access to public transportation, making it quick to reach both the city center and nearby attractions. The area is also quite peaceful, ensuring a quiet night's sleep with almost no noise, which is perfect for those looking to relax or on a business trip.
The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and has a comfortable, quiet vibe without the usual tourist hustle and bustle. Yet, it still offers convenient amenities like restaurants, coffee shops, and essential stores, striking a perfect balance between convenience and a peaceful stay.
SStevenpilotI don't know why I see people giving negative reviews for only giving a bottle of water. In Europe, you generally drink tap water, and hotels also tell you that the water can be drank directly from the tap.
Except that the location of this hotel is not very central (but it is within walking distance to everything, including the subway station), everything else is good.
Rooms away from the street may not be very quiet, but they are still within the acceptable noise range. The air conditioner in the room is cooling normally and the wind noise is very small.
The supplies are complete, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc. Facilities and cleanliness are great, international standards. first rate service. Pillows come in two sizes, high and soft or hard and thin. Many star hotels have to ask housekeeping to deliver them. Very plus.
Overall, I paid $90 (including 10 euro city tax) for one night, which was a great value. The room itself has a value of $150-180. (As long as you are willing to walk an extra 10 minutes)
CChaliqiuThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station. Check-in was efficient, and the room was quite spacious and looked very clean. Slippers and complimentary bottled water were provided, and the swimming pool was great.
JJtownAthens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby.
The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it.
The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value.
The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night.
Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.
JJonesEdwardOur first trip to Europe, so there were things that I imagine are very European. Tiny elevators and key card access to power your room were a first for us. We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The loud returning guest at 1:30 in the morning were the only irritant, and that was bad guests and not the hotels fault.
BBelindaChengThe hotel is in an excellent location, with restaurants, shopping areas, and historical attractions all within just a few minutes’ walk.
The Premium Acropolis View & Balcony room is truly worth it. The service is outstanding — we were welcomed with champagne and desserts upon arrival, which made us feel very special. From the breakfast restaurant, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Acropolis of Athens, making the dining experience even more memorable.
The fresh orange juice felt unlimited, and the staff were warm and attentive — frequently refilling water and juice. There was also a wide variety of coffee options available. The only downside was that the selection of hot breakfast items was somewhat limited. It would be wonderful if the hotel could add a live cooking or made-to-order station to further enhance the overall experience.
Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Athens, Greece — you will definitely not be disappointed.
