A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

Great hotel to stay vacation, although it looks like vintage hotel, but still comfortable. Room very clean and tidy. But there's only one electricity socket that works. Need more attention and maintenance for electricity.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

Room size was a little small with minimum toiletries, facilities are good (gym, pool, playground), convenient to have Indomaret downstairs, good location close to Aloha, Lands End, etc. Overall good experience and very good value hotel. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

Nice Location, near to airport. Also hotel have provided free shuttle Van to Airport, which is very convenient to those wanna travel early to airport.

Overall is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, central, and welcoming place in Jakarta Highly recommended!

The members of the staff were super helpful, we did our laundry and left our baggage for half of the day. Nice gentlemen from security in front of the building taking care of taxi and helping with the luggage. In the room we found everything that we needed for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice, lot of options to choose.
