This is one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in! The facilities are excellent, and my trip to Kagoshima was made even better by booking the Shiroyama Hotel. Everything went smoothly from check-in, and the 4th-floor observation deck offers the best view of Sakurajima in all of Kagoshima.

This was my first time staying here, and I chose it because of the large public bath, the price, and its proximity to Tenmonkan. It turned out to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making it an incredible value for money. By chance, at breakfast, I ended up sitting next to the same staff member (a student working part-time) who had checked me in the previous night. She taught me a lot about current events in Kagoshima, which was really interesting. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kagoshima!

Sitting on the wooden steps, soaking your feet in the warm spring water, and looking up at the indoor garden scenery – the feeling of relaxation is truly indescribable. Environment: The hotel boasts an excellent environment, particularly with the in-room rotenburo (open-air bath). The private dining room adds to the exclusive feel. Its location within a quiet community ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff: A significant advantage for international travelers is the availability of English-speaking staff. Their willingness to communicate through messaging apps makes pre-arrival arrangements and on-site communication smooth and efficient. Transportation: Direct airport bus service to a nearby bus stop offers convenient access to the hotel. However, it's important to check the bus schedule in advance, as departures are infrequent. Planning accordingly will ensure a hassle-free transfer. Location: The hotel's location provides the convenience of being close to a convenience store, just a short five-minute walk away. This makes it easy to pick up any necessities or snacks. Pricing: The pricing is reasonable, especially when considering the exceptional amenities included. The private rotenburo is a luxurious highlight, and the inclusion of both a fabulous breakfast and an elaborate, multi-course dinner (12+ courses) represents excellent value.

First, we loved the onsen and its services, where we soaked in three pools of different temperatures, sweated in a sauna, then alternately cooled ourselves in cold baths. Second, room services were excellent despite its furnishings seemed to be run down a bit. Third, its location is central to travel most places of interest, which spreads out in Kagoshima Prefecture.

Although the location is far from the port, there is a reason why it is located halfway up the mountain at the southern tip of Yakushima. It boasts a beautiful view overlooking the vast sea and the mountains behind. The stars are incredibly visible at night. Not to mention the service. It's best. The pool water is cold, but the sun is shining so there is no problem. Due to the nature of the island, there are mosquitoes. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The best I would definitely visit again It's a resort.

Simple accommodation that you can enjoy home stay in Shibushi. Business run with 2 couples with warm and nice welcome. Check-in time is limited from 16.00-18.00 Make sure your not come late.

Old Qianfeng Hotel, the location is not close to the two ports, you need to drive or take the bus to arrive. Although the facilities are not new, the room is large and clean, the view is also very good, and the dinner is OK. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's service, the front desk brother communicates in English, no problem, take the initiative to provide us with route planning and luggage transfer, luggage transfer this helped us a lot, let us be very grateful.

The hotel had a golf course, and the golf course could be seen from the window. It seemed to be frequented by golfers and foreign tourists. The hot spring was spacious and very impressive. I thought it was stylish that the handles of the comb and toothbrush in the amenities were made of bamboo.

除了偏（在山頂），沒車不行之外，其他都很好，房間很大，視野開闊，面朝大海，陽台還有個泡池。房間的格局也很合理。冰箱酒櫃裏好像衹有四個酒收費，其他都隨便喝，每天會補😂😂😀😀 整個地方佔地很大，這個酒店的房間不是很多。但是和他們連着的還有另一個酒店，但是檔次會低些。還有就是酒店旁邊有個質子醫療中心（癌症），那裡的人（可能是配套）也會到酒店這邊洗温泉♨️。有個老太太和我説她是來治療的，雖然很貴但是值得。完全看不出她有病……anyway，酒店的服務真是沒得説，太客氣熱情了。
