Zatrzymywałem się tu już wiele razy i gorąco polecam ten hotel. Atmosfera, czystość i wyposażenie są na najwyższym poziomie. Większość personelu zapewnia doskonałą obsługę. Tym razem jednak wystawiam negatywną opinię, ponieważ hotel nie mógł znaleźć mojej rezerwacji jednego z trzech pokoi w systemie, mimo że pokazałem im swoją rezerwację. Pracownik recepcji zażądał nawet okazania moich danych dotyczących płatności. Ostatecznie hotel znalazł wszystkie rezerwacje w swoim systemie. Ten błąd hotelu sprawił, że mój pobyt był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Uznałem, że personel hotelu był wyjątkowo niegrzeczny, prosząc o okazanie moich danych dotyczących płatności, po tym jak pokazałem im już rezerwację, i oczekuję przeprosin od hotelu.

Wszystko było w tym hotelu świetne, od widoku po obsługę. Plaża jest przepiękna i czysta. Na plaży jest sporo beach boyów, którzy czekają, żeby Ci coś sprzedać. Jeśli jednak grzecznie powiesz im, że nie jesteś zainteresowany, zostawią Cię w spokoju.
Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko lotniska Ukunda, zaledwie 10 minut jazdy samochodem.
Jedną z głównych rzeczy, nad którymi ten ośrodek powinien popracować, jest jedzenie. Jedzenie nie dorównuje standardowi pięciogwiazdkowego kurortu. Jest raczej przeciętne niż przeciętne. Wybór jest ograniczony. To było moje największe rozczarowanie. Jednak dzięki wspaniałym widokom i obsłudze, mogłem cieszyć się podróżą! Na pewno tam wrócę i mam nadzieję, że do tego czasu jedzenie będzie dobre.

I've had a great stay in Safari hotel! There was a bit of a problem with my reservation but they took care of it the best way possible. The whole staff treated me like a family member. They were super helpful for anything I'd need. Special thanks to Jackson who really took care of me making sure it was alright.

Hotel jest trochę oddalony od plaży, na małych trzech piętrach około 5-10 minut. Willa jest duża, dwa sypialnie, odpowiednie dla rodziny 4-osobowej, ale udogodnienia są stare, zdrowie jest normalne.
Nie wiem dlaczego hotel nie otrzymał wiadomości o mojej rezerwacji.
Nie ma nawet wody do picia, jeśli nie wybierzesz trzech pełnych posiłków.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you).
The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems.
So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted.
Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

Schöne Anlage, wunderschöne Poollandschaft, gut nutzbar auch als Schwimmer, Strand sehr schön. Buffet Frühstück und Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant gut, wahlweise Abendessen als Barbecue oder italienisch an anderem Platz. Getränke da nicht inbegriffen im Buchungspreis! Top Zimmerservice. Was nicht so schön war: für den Tagesaufenthalt mit Essen und Trinken eines einheimischen Kindes, dem wir einen schönen Tag ermöglicht haben hier, wurden 3.250 KSH verlangt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt da gar nicht! Der Aufenthalt eines Nicht-Gastes (auch Kinder) auch nur am Strand vor dem Hotel, ist nicht möglich und nur gegen Zahlung von 3.250KSH möglich. Das ist einfach viel zu viel.

Cała obsługa ośrodka jest bardzo sympatyczna i miła. Śniadania i kolacje są naprawdę dobre i oferują szeroki wybór dań. Jednak pokoje i udogodnienia wymagają nieco odnowienia, ponieważ zaczynają być nieco przestarzałe. Toaleta musi być czystsza, ponieważ wydaje się, że na dźwigniach pojawiają się twarde białe plamy. Należy także utrzymać salę rozrywkową.

AAndreiI noticed that many reviews mention the hotel not living up to a five-star standard. However, no one seems to complain that the price doesn’t match a five-star level either. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel for the price.
The property is spacious, the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes are provided. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast offers a great variety. From 4 to 5 PM, there’s a complimentary tea and pastries service, which is a lovely touch. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of loungers equipped with soft cushions.
This is definitely a place I would consider returning to.

IIgor_S_SI recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming.
However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation.
I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

AAnonymous UserEverything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone.
It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive.
One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

AAmyLCThis is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others

- safe and clean beach access + beds on the premises facing the beach which protects from annoying beach boys and is safe
- availability to arrange boat trips, snorkelling and other activities- very helpful and efficient
- loved other activities offered (kayaking, surf etc)
- finally just a perfect beach spot in diani
worth the money you pay - you feel extra every moment, highly recommend

MM253546****I don't know why no one mentioned the simpleness of the spare parts at all. For example, there are no disposable slippers. The water is also a thermos pot with no disposable bottled drinking water. If the bath water becomes cold at night after 12 o'clock, it takes more than ten minutes to release water. Hot water. I don't know if the entire Mombasa hotel water filtration system is a shit, the water is super invincible salty, and it is no different from drinking directly from the sea. Even the waiter said that it is best to use pure water for brushing teeth.
Because the price is all inclusive, the hotel is basically a lot of Europeans and Americans. We stayed for two days and a Chinese did not see it. The food was similar to other hotels. In fact, it is not recommended to have this kind of package in Mombasa, because the restaurant outside can eat seafood. It is better to eat. The only advantage is that drinks are free, even cocktails are free, so many Europeans and Americans like to drink there. There are also performances in the evening.

Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. )
Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible.
the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen.
the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not
