12月初入住飯店，第一個錯誤，我的房卡沒有辦法把房間的門打開，第二就是飯店現在在裝修整個是很吵雜，當晚一直有斷電的情況至少停了三次，第二天早上退房櫃檯沒有現金可以找我錢，大概等了十五分鐘，而且收了我6000阿里阿里，和原本訂房網上金額需付2038阿里阿里有差異，但現場沒有會說英語的服務人員，另，我留下e-mail要住房證明，一直到今天沒有任何回覆🙈

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

不知道這裏為什麼評分不高，我住過Tana其他酒店，這裏毫無疑問是最好的， Raddison ably的雙人床是很小的單人床拼的，睡一晚腰疼。這裏床和房間都很大。走出馬路還有一個提款機和大超市。早餐比Raddison Blu好太多了。非常豐盛。水果有點少。Tana當之無愧第一名,但價格確實有點太高了。

Впервые в жизни столкнулась с отвратительной ситуацией - когда хотела заселиться в отель по предварительно оплаченной брони, мне в отеле заявили, что я должна оплатить отель, что они не получали оплату и вообще не работают с онлайн оплатой. Разбирательство с отелем заняло около часа. Меня не хотели заселять, требовали оплаты. Я связалась с сервисом бронирования, но у них были нерабочие часы, через другой офис сервиса удалось повлиять на отель, меня в итоге заселили, но никаких извинений со стороны отеля не последовало. Крайне непрофессиональная стойка регистрации в отеле! Если не хотите нервотрепки, замедляйтесь в другой отель. Хотя сам отель, номера и пр. вполне ничего

PPeterI arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again.

AAnonymous UserI don’t know why this place is not rated high. I have stayed in other hotels in Tana, and this is undoubtedly the best. The double bed in Raddison ably is made up of very small single beds, and my back hurts after sleeping for one night. The bed and room are huge. There is a cash machine and a large supermarket just outside the road. Breakfast is much better than Raddison Blu. Very hearty. A little less fruit. Tana deserves first place, but the price is indeed a bit too high.

ZZhongbushenBecause I had to go to Murondawa from Tana, I stayed for one night. The overall hotel was good (the surrounding environment was messy), but the service attitude was very satisfactory. Our transportation arrangement was set off at 5 am and even helped us prepare breakfast. It was really intimate!
