„The hotel’s location is superb, right by the Oslo S train station and by the main shopping district and main sights. Hotel itself seems rather old. The bathroom especially felt like something out of the 1980s. It was small and water pressure was weak. Also there was no bath mat provided, nor any tissue paper, and no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or shower cap. As we had paid for a larger room, our room was spacious. But it was noisy from people shouting in the street below even at late hours. Also the hotel did not turn on its central heating nor air conditioning. So the room felt stuffy and you would have to open a window. What saves the hotel is the excellent service. Staff were accommodating on requests we made, including for a takeaway breakfast box on our last day as we were taking an early train.”

„I had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience.”

„Location is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon. Really value for money in Oslo!”

„They located very close to the central train station of Oslo, has very nice front desk officers. They provide towels, shampoos and body washes. They have heat warmer for used towels for reusing. The facilities are relatively old which some of the facilities are aged.”

„From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)”

„Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly. The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels”

„Naprawdę jeden z najlepszych pobytów w hotelu, jakie kiedykolwiek doświadczyłem. Personel hotelu dołożył wszelkich starań, aby zapewnić nam dobre zakwaterowanie i wygodę przez cały czas. Kiedy dotarliśmy do hotelu, była 11:00, więc wspomniałem personelowi recepcji, że wiem, że jest dla nas o wiele za wcześnie na otrzymanie pokoju (zameldowanie odbywa się zazwyczaj o 15:00) i że chcielibyśmy po prostu zostawić nasz pokój torby. Bez żadnych specjalnych życzeń personel recepcji natychmiast przygotował dla nas klucze do pokoju, abyśmy mogli od razu się zameldować, co było niezwykle mile widziane, ponieważ złapaliśmy lot bardzo wcześnie rano. Pokój bardzo nam się podobał. Było bardzo wygodnie dla nas trzech, chociaż trochę ciasno, ale tego właśnie oczekiwaliśmy po pokojach hotelowych w Europie. Łazienka była dobrze wyposażona i zawierała wszystkie niezbędne przybory toaletowe (szampon, żel do mycia ciała, mydło do rąk), jednak mieliśmy nadzieję, że będzie też balsam do ciała, więc zapytaliśmy obsługę sprzątającą, czy jakiś jest dostępny, i natychmiast przynieśli 3 DUŻE butelki na każdą z nich nam używać. Nigdy wcześniej nie widziałem w żadnym hotelu tak ogromnych kosmetyków w tak dużych ilościach, co ponownie sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze zaopiekowani. Wreszcie w dniu wymeldowania nasz lot odbył się dopiero o 18:00, a ponieważ wymeldowanie odbywa się zazwyczaj o 11:00, poprosiłem o przedłużenie tylko o 1 godzinę. Chociaż byli bardzo zajęci, ponieważ był to początek wakacji, bez wahania personel recepcji przedłużył czas wymeldowania do 15:00. Po raz kolejny byłem bardzo miło zaskoczony i pełen uznania. Moja ostatnia uwaga dotyczy bezpłatnej kawy i herbaty, zawsze dostępnych w holu, a także wspaniałego śniadania w formie bufetu, które serwowali. Nie mogę wystarczająco polecić tego hotelu!”

„Mostly great, especially the concierge was very helpful, good food and nice look. Location is best part right in heart of so much stuff. A few miscues among rest of staff were odd for nice hotel.”

„The location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.”

„Sprawdziliśmy w nocy i natychmiast zauważyliśmy hałas w pokoju, podobny do dźwięku elektrycznego hummingu. Ponieważ jestem wrażliwy na hałas, wkrótce wywołałem ból głowy. Skontaktowałem się z przednim biurem, a mimo że dwaj pracownicy przyszli sprawdzić, powiedzieli, że nic nie słyszą i tylko oferują miękkie wtyczki. Wysłałem również e-mail na pomoc, ale nigdy nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. Następnego dnia znowu rozmawiałem z przednim biurkiem, a pracownicy przyzwoicie przenieśli nas na wyższy piętro. Ciekawe, nawet zatrzymał się na krótko około 7 rano. Niestety, biedny odpoczynek wpływał zarówno na moje doświadczenie podróży, jak i nastroje.”
